I have a long term issue struggling with back pain, stress and slouching! When I put this brace on I felt almost immediate relief from back stress and change in my posture! It is very easy to put it on using all instructions on the images. At first I started wearing it 1 hour a day, but next day decided to try using it the while day and was very comfortable with it! I even don't need armpit pads because I am wearing it on my sweat shirt. Very comfortable and I feel much better these days I am using it. I started sleeping better for sure! I do have a neck hump development and I hope to eventually get rid of it with this posture corrector! I have read that low magnetic waves are really making miracles but you have to use the product constantly. I am hoping this will eventually help me.Forgot to write about design- I choose this product among others because of different design! I like it and it looks great on bright sports bra and Tshirt.

It’s very easy to use. The fabric is soft. But the instructions say not to make it tight, when making it tight is the only way I get any correction or support. If I leave it more loose, it becomes more of a thought, “am I holding my shoulders back?”, and for that to be all I’m getting out of it I could have saved some money since I’ve been doing that anyways.

I did not like or trust this product. It increased my back pain. That was scary. I am convinced my neck and and upper back needs stretching and excercising to correct shoulders curving forward. I am now resolved in stretches to lengthen and strengthen neck/ back muscles. I don’t think forcing them back with a brace is the answer. I believe it takes time and a lot of excercises designed to help put shoulders back into place. I had to regretfully return the brace that increased the pain. Not what I was looking for.

It sorta works, sorta doesnt. Tried it for a month and it is more of a reminder than a back holder.

Being genetically predisposed to rounded shoulders and years of poor posture left me with a slightly forward leaning appearance that I literally could not correct by "holding my shoulders back". I was so self conscious of it that I actually considered seeing a surgeon for possible surgical correction. Scrolling through Amazon, I came upon an advertisement for a posture corrector. This particular brace seemed to have good ratings so I decided to give it a try. It shipped really quickly. It was very easy to put on without any complications as far as how the brace should work. I noticed a difference immediately! I wore it to dinner that night under my top and you couldn't tell I was wearing the brace. My husband noticed my improved posture and kept complimenting me over and over about how much better I looked. He said I looked younger! I give this product 5 stars because #1 it is well priced, #2 it is well made and #3 IT WORKS!

Good quality material and workmanship. But the adjustment range +/- is very small. I'm a 42 reg, ordered the Large. Was way to small.Not sure how you would go about finding the right one without allot of returns. I'm going to continue my search till I find one that can be adjusted easily, is comfortable and more easy to put on.

I sit all day for work hunching over my computer desk , as a result I developed low back pain and shoulder impingement from rounding my shoulders all day. After seeing my doctor she suggested that I work on correcting my posture and that a posture corrector would help to prevent my natural tendency of slouching over. I like many others I scoured amazon hoping to find a solution at a price that was affordable and with a product that worked. I was skeptical at first but I purchased the posture corrector based on the reviews, price and the ease of use. I am more than pleased with the productand recommend anyone looking to finally fix that slouching back to try the posture corrector. I wear at work and the gym and you can barley tell I have it on. I am looking forward to no more back pain and great posture!!!!

I like this item. Built pretty good. However, the design makes it difficult as you have to fix the nylon as it gets tangled everyday and it's a real pain to have to untangle every single time before you use it. Better to design it a bit better to alleviate this. Thanks.

Worst product it doesn't help you with your neck hump instead of creating backward pressure it's pushing my neck forward and just making my hump worse don't buy this cheap product instead go to some medical store and get a brace from there
