Very sturdy and designed well
I like that the arms are easy to slide back when I use the chair under my makeup counter. The legs are easy to adjust and the large rubber feet keep the chair from moving or wobbling. It's lightweight enough to move it back and forth from my counter to the shower stall easily. I'm glad I bought it with the back so I can lean back and relax with the warm water washing over me. And the cutout in front is a great idea. This chair had been well designed using good materials and worth the extra money.

Stability
My husband has balance issues due to a stroke. We've tried different types of shower seating options: a chair, which slipped, pitching him out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor (unhurt, fortunately); and a bench, which was more stable but stuck out of the tub into the small bathroom and made it difficult for me to climb over to get due to hip and back pain. Also, the rubber suction on the feet was so tight I had difficulty adjusting or removing the unit.I read descriptions and reviews of several chairs before ordering this one. It's not difficult, in general, to assemble, except I'm mechanically challenged; hence, the three stars. Otherwise, I love it, especially the arm that detaches and lifts; and the rubber feet, which are wide and do not stick so tightly to the tub floor that it's difficult for an older person to unstick.

Good chair.
The directions need to have a parts picture. I had to guess what went where everything goes. Its a good chair. It took me 1 hour to put it together. That's because the assembly pictures were not really good. It's together an in my new bath shower

Easy assembly
This chair is so easy to put together. I broke my arm in 3 places and was able to assemble it. I just asked someone to tighten things up just to be sure. Love that you dont even need a screwdriver. The knobs on the screws are so easy to use. Not as wide as I thought it would be but I am still happy with it.

Does not hold the maximum weight
The legs bent out from the chair under less than half of the maximum weight, causing a bad fall in the shower.
