I was impressed to find that after opening the box it looks and feels a lot more high-end than I expected. The matte colors are spot on, it includes waterproof zippers, great padding on the back and shoulder straps, and several other compartments for stuffing utensils, plates, napkins, etc. Handy bottle opener on the shoulder strap. Tons of storage in the main chill compartment, the ad is supposed to hold 40 cans and I'm sure it will, but I don't expect to be carrying around more than a 12-pack at a time plus ice and snacks! Super happy with my purchase and a steal at the $39.99 I paid for it.

As far as a backpack cooler, this one is more than adequate. It's definitely large, and very solidly constructed with quality materials (which is good - it could get very heavy with a full load). It's reasonably well padded, and includes a sternum strap for additional support. Although it feels a little disproportionate with the massive cooler part on the bottom and the comparatively tiny 'dry' part on the top.It has some nice features, including the little metal bottle opener, and the straps for attaching a rolled picnic blanket or other gear on the back (not the bottom). Also the little zippered security pocket is nice. However, there's a bit of strangeness to it, too. For example, if you wish to use the carry handles instead of the backpack straps, they are only barely long enough to allow you to pull them together at the top - it's as though their original length was designed around not having a top compartment at all. Also - there are small loops at the top that were clearly designed to accommodate an elastic cord for securing gear across the top (see last photo). The cord is completely absent - it gives the impression the backpack is incomplete - although presumably it wasn't included so the user wouldn't use it for storage and then complain about the too-short carry straps. So - some design flaws that reduce it's appeal.In any case - as far as a large capacity cooler backpack goes, this is more than adequate. If should provide ample opportunities for many enjoyable picnics and other outdoor activities.

This backpack cooler is amazing! It has a huge capacity and so many little details that let you pack even more. The quality of the inner lining is fantastic, really thick and sturdy. I was impressed by how well it kept everything cold for hours. The padded top handle and adjustable straps make it super comfortable to carry, even when it's fully loaded. Plus, it's completely leakproof ！Truly great value for the price! Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. the storage capacity is impressive. It easily accommodates all my beverages and perishables, keeping them chilled for hours, thanks to its excellent insulation. I was looking for a new cooler to replace one that had recently ripped. This one worked out well as the straps are large enough to fit the cooler comfortably on my back. Plenty of space to keep my snacks cool and I can carry a bottle of wine! The quality seems really good and hoping to use this one for years to come.

When I received the package, I was skeptical. After opening the pox I realized that the backpack expanded, and can collapse; thus saving storage space. This is different than any other cooler I have owned.

I have had many insulation packs like this over the years. This one is light, but the insulated portion of the backpack is not very thick, and the storage capacity is small. You MIGHT be able to fit a six-pack in his bag, but it would be very tight. The front pocket would be more useful if it were larger. If you are looking to transport some food items, this might work, but it's quality and ability to keep things cool is mediocre at best.
