Bought for knee pain. Easy to stick on and gives some relief. Value for money will buy again.Tends to stick better on skin than over itself.

Absolutely amazing. Completely changed my recovery. Instant pain relief. Really easy to use as I’d never used anything of the sort before. Not pirated my skin and I’ve been wearing 24 hours and showered so the durability is fantastic already.

This review is how it has helped me and I’m not providing adviceI find this really helpful on my knee injury but it does stretch over the course of the day. It is easily cut and sticks well and pretty good value.It’s not as elastic or durable as some other brands I’ve used so I have doubled up on some occasions to keep the support.It will depend on your own injury so this may work perfectly for smaller joints but for more support expect to change more frequently to keep level of support or double up.I would still recommend as it really helps to keep my pain levels down and stops some of the creaking.

Good tape for my knees .

Awful quality. Absolutely no adhesive strength and simply falls off the backing tape. Having purchased many kinesiology tapes on Amazon before I know what to expect and this is just terrible quality. The worst one yet. Do not buy.

Does the job and great value for money…

I like the quantity for the price but the ends/edges roll up quite quickly, I use it for plantar fasciitis so even putting socks on rucks it up but does the job well when it stays in place

Tape sticks really well. Great value for money.
