Ugh! I’m so sad. I read all the reviews on this and was hoping this would be my “cure.” Not the case. This is the third probiotic I’ve tried without any relief. Will update if anything changes. **UPDATE** Ladies, ladies, ladies!!! Okay. SO. I love amazon but I wouldn’t recommend getting your probiotics from here. I ordered these awhile back and they didn’t do anything for my BV and off balance PH. Fast forward a few months and many probiotics later, I went back to this brand. I went for the 50 billion version and got it from my local vitamin shop. After about 2 weeks of taking it I can tell you that something changed down there. Less smell, less discharge, less itching and burning. Fast forward another month and I purchased the 90 billion CFU from ultimate flora. Now this is the one ladies. If you have chronic infections down there or even just a super off PH (pissed vagina) please try these. I’ve been taking these for two weeks and went to my gyno and she told me things are looking healthy down there! I was clear for BV a month ago and went to just get checked up so I will update if anything changes. After taking these my discharge is WAY less, smell is gone, itching completely gone, burning gone.. I even smell slightly sweet and like myself again. I am SO thrilled. Suffering with an off balance V is one of the worst things. But ladies don’t be embarrassed and please don’t give up hope. Keep researching, keep trying. Find a gyno who LISTENS to you. Don’t give up hope. I also wanted to add that I used the good and clean brand PH gel on and off during this and boric acid after my period. I think all of them probably helped but I can say once I quit taking the probiotic for three days (went on vacation) my symptoms were starting to come back, so I know this is what’s helped me the most. My cousin recommended these to me because we are both very sensitive down there. My pH is thrown off so easily. I am that person that if I take a bath, I have to take it with absolutely no products in it, just water or I would have a bad yeast infection. I struggled with constant yeast infections before I started this. It was to the point that I thought I was diabetic. Before starting these, if I had sex with my boyfriend and he finished inside, I would start itching almost immediately and within 2 days I would have a full blown yeast infection. After about 3 weeks of taking this, we tested it out and nothing. No itch afterward. No chunky discharge…nothing. Even what was considered normal discharge stopped. I don't even get snail streaks anymore. In addition, there is an increase in natural lubrication production when having sex, so this may be great for people in perimenopause or even full menopause. When I first started taking them, I did experience a slight tingling sensation that felt like maybe a uti was coming, but I just drank more water and after like a day or 2 it went away.

I read some reviews suggesting alternating between Ultimate Flora and Rephresh. I decided to try that. Taking these by itself doesn't help me at all so I took this with Pearls YB for Women and I was good for 3 weeks but the yeast infection came back for my period :/ So bummed! But I'm not giving up, I definitely think these help since I lasted 3 weeks being clean and healthy. So instead of the Pearl YB I will try Rephresh with Ultimate Flora 25 Billion, alternating between them every other day. I'm also taking daily vitamins and washing with Vagisil religiously. For days I don't shower, I'm thinking about getting those vagisil wipes or feminine brand wipes to clean down there. The vitamins + Vagisil wash + probiotics DID help a lot because I had no yeast or odor or discharge which is a first. I was completely clean for 3 weeks, even after sexual intercourse. Oh I've also started using Vagisil deodorant powder to keep the area dry. That's helped tremendously. Yeast survive in moist, hot environments so using the powder kept it dry and very comfortable. I recommend using these after each shower. (Just sprinkle some on your panties). Also keeps it deodorized which is a bonus. UPDATE: I continued the Pearl YB probiotic with the Flora 15 billion and switched to One-A-Day Women's multivitamins. So far, 1 month has passed since my last yeast infection! I'm thrilled. My ph balance has been great, no odor, but there is still discharge just not as much as it used to be. I recommend refrigerating the probiotics even if it says it's unnecessary. I live in So Cal so it gets really hot at room temperature so I don't trust it sitting around. I've had sex with no problems and no discomfort. There's also no stinging/burning feeling afterwards which is what I used to have because of the disrupted ph balance. I still plan to switch to Rephresh and upgrade to 25 billion to compare results.

I Loooooove these pills, love Love LOVE. I'm the chick that gets chronic Bv or yeast infections after sex 🙄literally 2days later, also If I'm too stressed or eat too much sugar. smh It's been my curse since I was a teen. No antibiotics ever truly help, they kill the bad stuff but don't replace the good that we need to keep things flowing smoothly. I've been using this brand for years, I love everything about these women's probiotics. They help with bloating, excess gas and keep your Bm's regular. If you go to the gym you’ll value these too, yup no more sweaty cooch odor lol ifykyk. TMI to some ppl.. but I just had a miscarriage and my system was all Fd up. I didn't even have sex.. YET I still got a horrible Bv flare up, not wanting anymore Dr trips or nasty antibiotics I ordered two bottles of these pills instead. They stopped all the suspicious behaviors that were happening😇 My best results when fighting any imbalance is to take a higher dose for 5-7 days •Two pills first thing in the am on an empty stomach with a full bottle of water, then just do one a day. I feel as though it gets right to work in my gut that way, and for me it does! By day three any odor has stopped and the rest follows. These pills even give you a better period and increase your vaginal wetness.. Ijs most ppl leave that out BUT it's very Important also. I honestly can't say enough greatness about these probiotics. Do your Va'JJ a favor and try these pills, truuust me! Finally a probiotic that doesn’t make stomach issues worse ! Also helps with women’s issues! Haven’t had a yeast infection or a UTI now in a month. I’m on my second month and am very pleased!

Sí, la presentación cambió desde hace un tiempo. El frasco es distinto, y aunque es demasiado grande para la cantidad de cápsulas que trae, es necesario para su conservación. La ventaja es que ahora ya no necesitan refrigeración para dar los mejores resultados. Y en sí estos probióticos tienen muchas más cepas que otras marcas, y llegan en más cantidad al intestino porque las cápsulas son de mejor calidad. Estos probióticos son excelentes para las vías urinarias, dan increíbles resultados. Los recomiendo muchísimo. Solamente sugiero que actualicen las fotos de la publicación, porque causan confusión al ser de la presentación anterior del producto.
