The Perfect Kit - Use The Flour's Instructions
I love that these can be bought together, so you're not looking around for them. I do think that the flour and nori flakes will be used up before the other items, but I get it if they were all the smallest packages available. The only issue is that the flour and okonomi packages list 2 or 3 eggs respectively for making okonomiyaki, and it could be confusing. I used only 2 and it came out nice and thin (perfect for the large amount of cabbage) resulting in fully cooked okonomiyaki (too fluffy and it comes out nearly rawbob the inside).

Got it all at once in one order.
I was about out of the flour mix and nori, and was out of the Otafuku Okonomi sauce so I was facing hard times. I signed on to Amazon to order some more and noticed the all in one package and ordered it. It arrived the next day. Everything was there. One of my favorite breakfasts is Okonomiyaki with onions, bell pepper, and bok choi mixed in with the batter. Add a meat one on side. Cook the other side, then the meat side. Toss an egg into the pan and flip the 'pancake' meat side up on the egg and the egg now is part of the 'pancake'. Just bought a can of corned beef - going to be some good okonomiyaki during the next week or two.

I lived in Japan for years and LOVE Okonomiyaki. Truly. It is one of my most favorite things to eat. When I saw this kit, I was really excited. We made it the night it arrived. Superb. Using fresh ingredients was key, and with the kit, it was easy. The only gripe I have is the cost. I understand that it is an import, but geez, this was a lot. If it were cheaper, I would get more for sure. The quality was great, if you are able to handle the cost.

Makes prep really easy!
You may be able to shop around, and find the ingredients at a cheaper price. But, there's alot to be said for convenience,and having everything you need right in the box! (The only thing you'll need to buy is the cabbage) Follow the instructions.You won't be disappointed...it's delicious!

Complete kit!!
After a recent trip to Japan, I wanted to learn how to make Okonomiyaki for my family in the US. This kit was a great find and my Okonomiyaki turned out great! This will make far more than the 6-8 servings mentioned in the description. I made a single batch and it fed four easily with some leftover.

Very tasty-plenty of ingredients
I was happy that I could find all the necessary ingredients in one package! I only had to purchase the cabbage. I have made 2 meals and have enough of the flour left for another meal for my husband and I. There are plenty of the other ingredients to last. The okonomiyaki was delicious! Thank you

Not my jig.
I'm not picky and I'm not shy when it comes to Japanese food, but something about this just made me sick to my stomach. I made it twice and I still didn't like it. I'm sad because I'm still hungry, I'm out of $40, and I can't get a refund.
