It works for BMW E83.I purchased this in May-2022. Since then it has been working fine.For those who is going to buy and replace: do it from below the vehicle for much simpler work, you may not be able to see it directly but rely on the feel from hand though.

Take the starter out!! did not try to do it with it in....you can not see if it sits flush like the old does with the starter in......Trust me... I tried both ways .....wasted lots of time not taking it out the first time....Troy

Worked like a charm.
Got this for my 99 Buick Century. If your power steering lines go down then you'll have a lot more work. Removing alternator and brackets to make clearance. This sensor cleared my check engine light.
