Used for prostate relief and worked well
I bought this to control my prostate and it performed better than prescribed medication. For me, it helped with constant runs to the bathroom. I was taking this before my doctor had me on tamsulosin as my flow was still weak. I finished beta sitosterol while I was tamsulosin for around a month. I noticed that when I stopped, I was back to running to the bathroom every hour. Dr said to give it some time to take affect. 2 months later and still no difference other than a slight flow increase. I then reordered this product and my repeats to the bathroom decreased. Months later, i had to stop taking this for a few days as unfortunately my prostate is too large, and needed to prepare for a PAE. I was still taking tamsulosin during this time. Once again I was on the run hourly. After the tests was done, I returned to taking this product and my runs reduced once again, confirming my initial result. While taking this product, my repeat runs went from hourly to twice a night and sometimes if I'm lucky, just once an evening. As my prostate was very large, I require a procedure regardless as this product or medication won't ever fix my issue. It's purpose is to help, so keep this in mind as your results may be better. I did mention this product to a coworker who was taking 2 meds for his prostate. His results was much better than mine and he said his flow was better as well. He said it was a great relief. By the way, this product says to take 3 pills, but I only took 2 as per research, 2 is enough for prostate. You may find that one pill a day may work as well. Please do a search on beta sitosterol and prostate to get informed.

Saving money on Prostate supllements
Saw an article regarding Men's Prostate supplements. Ordered Horbaach Beta Sitosterol which contained 585 mg of Beta Cardio Sitosterol to trying to replace my Prostra Genix that I was taking top see what effects it had on my Prostrate. After over one month end result did not see much of a difference at less than half the price of the Prostra Genix I had been taking.
