Very good quality.
I buy these shakes for my Mom. I believe they have all the vitamins she needs for a breakfast. They taste really good too. I like these as there's no need for mixing.

Take it Cold from the Fridge.
I use these some of the time, when my appetite is a bit low. Nice accompanied by a banana or poured on cereal. Taste is pretty good and best just out of the fridge.

I have these to help with weight gain, as I have a medical condition that causes excessive weight loss when I have flare ups I prefer the chocolate flavour. I would definitely recommend these if you're struggling to put on weight
