SHEATH Mens Underwear with Pouch 4.0 Men's Modal Dual Pouch Boxer Briefs Underwear

I got these as a curiosity after wearing cheap boxer briefs my entire life. I thought the dual pouch was kind of a weird gimmick, but maybe it would help keep things cooler down here; which would be good for the swimmers, but didn't expect much from the comfort department. Putting them on is awkward, as you do kind of have to open the pouch and slide the jewels in to place. The second pouch isn't so much a pouch as it is a hole. Whereas most men's underwear use overlapping fabric you have to pull apart to drain your radiator, this has just one flap to pull aside. I'm not sure if its a pro or a con, but when I get... excited... The single flap over the second pouch isn't quite wide enough to keep my excitement consealed... It lets itself out the front door. It's kind of a fun feature if you're messing around, but also kind of embarrassing if you're in public and your underwear aren't helping to keep things contained. I saw some reviews about the difficulty of putting things in place from the inside, especially if you're a grower and not a shower. I've found the best way to do this is to just worry about getting your man purse in position inside, then open the flap and pull the squirt gun out through the hole. The pouches do tend to hold things in place. However, if its cold out or you're otherwise keeping your cherry tomatoes closer to your body, they might slip out of the pouch if you cross your legs or sit particularly wide. I thought this would actually happen a lot the first time I put them on, but really I've been surprised by just how often things stay in place. Another concern was that the pouch looked really tight and I was worried about things being squeezed or pinched in the elastic down there. The fears were unfounded as this has been insanely comfortable. My parts are held in place but the elastic let's things move freely enough not to cause discomfort or mind melting pain if I move the wrong way too quickly. As a grower, the second pouch isn't really necessary, but it hasn't created any discomfort, either. I wouldn't pay extra for it, but there's no real reason to avoid it, either. I never really had chafing issues down there, despite being a heavier dude and walking quite a bit, so I can't say it solved a problem I never had. What it did solve for me was the skin of the sack sticking to the side of my leg and having to awkwardly stretch and swing out my leg trying to get it to come loose. When you first put these in, it's going to feel like your bits are being held gently but firmly by a pretty lady (it makes it less awkward if you imagine it's a pretty lady). The first few times you wear them, you're going to be aware of your reproductive organs every moment of the day because they're not used to being treated this way. However, once you're used to it, going back to pouch less underwear is going to be tough. The fabric is super breathable, but I'm still a fan of the comfort of cotton over modal and elastine. I wish Sheath had cotton options with elastic where needed to make the pouches work. I'm a big dude, both in size and height (6'-6"). I normally get 2XL underwear with the idea that it will stretch out if it's a little tight. I'm glad I didn't do that with these. The 3XL barely fit. I think they're designed for a 48-50 waist. I feel as though they actually would fit a 44-46 comfortably. Possibly as a result of my length as much as my width, these do slide down my butt pretty easily when turning in bed at night. Because I keep a lot of weight in my thighs, when I get non-cotton underwear, the elastic around each leg is usually unbearably tight when I first put them on. Not so with these. The legs have never rolled up and they've never cut into me in any slight way. The big test was putting on normal underwear again after these. To my great dismay, I despised my existing underwear after wearing these for a while. You just can't put a price in this kind of support. I hope this helps!

I really do like the sheath underwear. 2 shorts in with this kind I’m reviewing. If you’re a man that needs a little more room sheath briefs will do. Like how everyone mentions that it’s easy to see the bulge. That’s the reason why I’d like the briefs a little bit more but these are good. They are very cozy. That’s why I keep buying more. The style is nice. The dual pouch works for me. The quality is good and the size is perfect. They do keep everything separated and I find myself adjusting less, which is good because I won’t look like a weirdo. The only only thing that’s a bummer is they don’t come in a three pack or two for cheap. I don’t find anything slipping out so that’s a plus. Overall, in summary, they are good and helpful when shaving down there nothing pricks you.

Inseam is a bit short, Spandex content is too high, but unparrallelled access for pee'ing... Inseam needs to be 1 or 2" longer to loins from rubbing w/o need for Adjustment. The BN3TP modal are superior to the Sheath in the longer inseam, and in staying put w/o requiring any re-adjustment, and wick better as they are less spandex content, which is also safer, by the way... But the round portal in these, under the outer flap make it VERT easy to fish out your... to pee, and then put it back, w/o messing up your stuff, or making you have to loosen your waste band, and tuck your shirts back in etc to fix. The latter matters a lot if I am out and carrying...load on or in the waistband, as it is a pain in the ass to fix the layers if you mess it up to get at yourself to pee, and you can't take your belt loose when your waistband is laden with...heavy items you cant take off like in a public bathroom. I am going to look for a similar model w/ longer inseam and maybe less spandex. I tried the BT3NPs w/ the fly, but it is like typical fly on briefs, you can get it out, but then trying to get your stuff all re-situated through your fly but w/ our waistband/belt undisturbed is not practical

I have bought these boxers because i was having problems with sweating down there in cotton boxers. These are from now on perfect for me. They fit perfectly and for me the most important is the material - soft and breathable. The second best is pouch for testicles because i dont have any problems down there with itching and chafing. The hole in the second pouch for "the thing" is a bit to big for me but I am really the grower (really small when flacid, but big when hard). when semi hard it fits perfectly and it is comfortable when you get used to it. when hard i would not dare to have jogers on :) . when totaly soft it comes out of the pouch but it does not bother me. Overall you have to get used to the new system but after a week or two you love it. They fit also perfectly while hillwalking or hiking and no itching... for me they are perfect!

I stock freight at my job big heavy boxes, average walking about 6 miles a day in the warehouse and I got sick of the chafing, the 'nads' hang low for me. TLDR when standing and walking the ball pouch does what it says but I wish it was just slightly tighter. If you wear jeans the top of the jeans likes to pull the underwear down after a while and I found myself hiking them back up. I like the rear of the balls being separated and they stay in the sack very well overall. The hole for the pekker I dont quite understand. I would have preferred a bigger tighter sack to just hold everything forward away from my legs with a nice loose sack on the front to keep everything free. My dong pops out of the fly on the front of the underwear on occasion too. The ball's holder is going to get sweaty, period. Way more sweaty than I thought but it stays in place at least. Fabric is beyond perfect, waistband is above average and dosent chafe. They did fit a little lose I bought the medium, my waist I thought was a 30-32 round about maybe a size down would have been better. Price is high for a single pair. Id say the value of these is more like $15-$20. Im getting a pair of SAXX next to see how they stack up.

Fellas, grab a pair! I was skeptical at first if I'm being honest, but WOW!! No I didn't take any pics cause I'm fat and no one wants to see that so don't ask. These do what they look like they do: keep the dangly bits from sticking to your legs and got that separate holster for the barrel. I don't feel that they're worth the price on their home site which is between $30-$45 a pair, and honestly $25 was pushing it. Regardless, I will be buying more of these for sure!

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Tha hammock keeps your boys actually separated from everything else, no more sticky thighs, prevents a LOT of chafing on those days where you're sweating all day with no relief. The design is nice and subtle so when it peaks out from under your shorts you don't feel like you're wearing kids underwear. Fabric is wonderful soft, and breathable. If it weren't for the price I'd have ordered 20 pairs at once.

Good, but very expensive

Very comfy. I like the dual pouch, it cradles the balls but not very effective in really active situations. Fits a bit big, 32 waist and the medium is a bit too big.

The only problem I have is I can’t get a few more pairs. I only got two pairs to see what I thought and now amazon won’t ship them to Ireland anymore. Hopefully that will change I n 2020.
