I have linoleum floors in my kitchen and bathroom and this type of sponge mop works the best.

I live the mop. BUT...the mop head is cheap and only lasted 2 months before the tabs broke. My choices are the same one or it's brother..and upgrade for 3x more. 20$ is too much for a sponge..sad because the mop itself is great

I got this mop to follow up on some deep, deep, deeply imbedded dust & dirt left from previous occupants in 1980’s kitchen flooring. I was on hands/knees scrubbing w/ short brush-got initial gunk off. I knew I needed a straight, sturdy handled upright mop to follow up. The length is standard yet just right for me - I am 5’ tall. The sponge is strong & holds just the right amount of moisture to get the job done. It is much easier on my back to stand & do the mopping. I have early onset arthritis in a few fingers but this sponge mop is easy to use/wring out. Simply pull the green handle attached to the silver colored flap around to squeeze the sponge to wring out. The user controls the amount of water retained in the sponge by the amount of pressure used when wringing it out. I don’t have a pail, I use my bathtub or sink to rinse/wring out the mop. I remember my Mom used these for years/decades. Now I’m convinced why. My floor is not perfect yet because the dust, dirt, grime are so thick & imbedded; it has nothing to do with the mop or its function. This mop made a difference! I just need to do a few more rounds on the floor. Refill sponges are also available. The mop’s uncomplicated design makes it effortless, quick to use & convenient to store in my cramped apt.

I love this mop because it's sturdy, nice quality, lightweight without feeling cheap, and reminds me of my grandma's back on the 70s and 80s! The only slight downside is with the sponge head. Shortly after using, it started to come away from its plastic base along the edge. But I would still recommend, if this is the style of mop you're looking for.

This is the BEST sponge mop ever and I've tried alot!!!

It didn't even last a year!! The plastic posts broke off because when it dries the sponge curls and pops off the plastic posts! The First time I used it, it was GREAT! O'Cedar use to make these sponge mops, but I cannot find them anymore. I'm not a fan of the rag mops......but I guess I'll have to go back to them!! Seriously a Woman should design a Good Sponge mop. These sponges are great......those blue sponges tear apart easily. I paid an awful price, between the price of the mop and the shipping!!! I'm Very disappointed! O'Cedar mops lasted for years! Sponge mops Clean so much better than the rag mops!

Not the best but good for easy mop ups.

It is hard to find a true cellulose sponge mop today. This one checks all the boxes. Comfortable handle, easy to wring out and sturdy. But, most of all, it is a cellulose mop, not an imitation. It cleans without leaving streaks.
