Delivery brilliant and old appliance taken away.
Great fridge/freezer. The fridge is large and fab that it’s above the freezer so that you can easily see what’s in it. Ordering from Amazon was easy delivered quickly and the delivery drivers took away the old appliance and box.

Great fridge
This is a great fridge. We have not set it up to connect to the WiFi but you don't need to, to be able to set the temperatures. Love the fact one of the bottom sections can be set to be either a fridge or freezer section. This definitely saved us money as we did not need to buy a separate drink fridge. It looks very nice, fits into the space perfectly and it is pretty quiet

Amazing
My wife loves it even more the fact you can use the app and change one of the bottom freezers in to a fridge it gets 5 stars from us The gentleman that delivered it was outstanding and super helpful even tho he was on his own he got it in my house and in to the kitchen which was not easy and we live in a very small 2 bed house Definitely be recommended this to family and friends

Fridge freezer great , delivery not !!!!!
First time I’ve left a negative review and it’s not negative about the fridge which after two weeks seems 5star easy to use , quiet and everything seems good temperature wise ,and plenty of room , but the delivery of this product was shocking, basically left it in a room I didn’t want it in and delivery men couldn’t get out the house quick enough basically no interest in helping me the customer

I was completely impressed with the two guys who delivered my new fridge nothing was to much really nice guys who worked hard to get it into the house and I’m more than happy with the fridge worth every penny

Broken down straight out the box. Hisense warranty is terrible.
Im a Hisense fan, have all their electricals. But this has errors straight out of the box. Temperature 🌡 and humidity sensor faults. Error codes sent to my phone.. and on the LCD display. Hisense warranty are useless. Been waiting 4 weeks now for them to come and fix it. Im going to send it back if not sorted soon. Apart from that it is a nice fridge freezer and looks the part.

Good Product, Poor Service
BE CAREFUL IF BOOKING THE ADDITIONAL SERVICE - REMIVE OLD APPLIANCE. Product is as expected, but I selected the free old appliance removal (which I would have paid for otherwise). It showed as included at checkout, yet wasn’t booked for delivery. Customer service advised against reordering and instead gave me a link for a free WEEE pickup. I completed it and was told to expect a call—none came. Now I have to pay to have the fridge freezer removed.

Frigorifero all'altezza della aspettatove. Unico dettaglio la parete interna non è in metal cooling come da foto ma il Venditore è stato molto gentile e ha risolto tempestivamente il problema offrendomi tre possibili alternative. Io ho accettato uno sconto.
