Took a while to install, but that fault as we needed to find the wood beams in the house to anchor it. It works great and I love the novelty of a simple tug opens and closes the curtains!

Unreliable using the Tuya software.

The curtain track was well made and once mounted was easy to use.There seems to be a problem with the curtains when touched they either open or close by themselves.The track was only supplied with ceiling mounts and I wanted it wall mounted.After sourcing some brackets from IKEA at great expense and mounting the original ceiling mounts on the brackets with extra nuts and bolts I had to buy, I finally managed to mount it.Now it all works really well, very smooth and quiet apart from the little snag with touching the curtains.

Easy to put together,took longer to hang the curtains lol. Would definitely buy again.

I am very practically minded but this has non instructions. Unable to get the curtains to centre. Stopped working after 4 months. Look elsewhere.

I am gutted - I really wanted to love this curtain track. I am competent with DIY, electronics and tech (software developer). So I was eager to get this setup and operating from my Home Assistant instance - unfortunately, I didn't get even as far to connect it to WiFi.After installing I was testing with the remote. And with all the runners bunched up, the curtains were simply not open wide enough! Would work much better if the motor/gearbox unit wasn't needing so much space, and on the opposite end too, just so much wasted space. Needs to be a much more compact unit.It would work well if you had longer walls - but I had a relatively tight space to fit this into! As you can see from my video - even in the open-most position half of the windows are obscured by the curtains.Sadly its not fit for my purpose - so I am sending it back for a refund. I will keep an eye out on the market for a slimmer version, or even just a motor that controls a "easy glide" pulley curtain track! That would be neat as you could retrofit to the cords rather than replacing/installing the entire track.Credit where credit is due though - the build quality is fantastic - the modular snap-fit system means you can make up almost any size track (upto the size you purchase) without the need to cut the track. Annoying I fitted a joining coupler right where I wanted to fit a fixing bracket - when I came to mate the bracket with the rail - the coupler was in the way.I only had 1 join as the 2 longer sections was the right size for me - but I can imagine it being a royal pain if you need to join multiple sections.Additionally - the aluminium track could be cut to size if you needed it slightly smaller than the combination of rail pieces could make up.All in all it gets 3 stars from me. I am sure its perfect in a handful of cases - but in the majority, it will need some sacrifice and/or improvisation to make right.

Good quality product, works as expected, i would prefer to provide wall fittings since not every setup can accomodate ceiling fitting , had to do workarounds for this to work. The pairing with wifi instructions are not provided on manual so had to search this up.
