JLab JBuds LUX ANC Headphones - Over Ear Bluetooth with Mic, Sage

These headphones are very comfortable right from the start. The earcups are soft, the clamping force feels gentle, and I can wear them for hours without needing a break. The sound is smooth and warm, and the ANC takes the edge off background noise well enough for commuting or working in a café. The user experience is mostly straightforward. They connect quickly, the controls are easy to get used to, and the battery life has been strong so far. I also like that they fold and pack away neatly without feeling fragile. There are a couple of small quirks. The ANC isn’t quite on the same level as big-brand models, so louder environments still come through a bit. The app features are handy.

I don't leave reviews unless I'm either particularly disappointed or impressed by something. Happily, in this case it's the latter. These headphones offer astonishing value for money. The ANC is decent, the sound quality is great, they are comfy and reasonably well built. I've bought a second pair. A bargain.

Great sound for the price point, battery lasts for ages. Connects via Bluetooth to phone very easily (far better connectivity than Boss earphones I had previous to getting these). Noise cancelling quite good also on buses and trains when there are several people (you know the kind of ones) in area around me playing damn TikTok videos on their phones on loud speaker full volume, doesn't block out the noise 100%, just maybe 50% but better than nothing. Comfortable to wear and it flexes and adjusts nicely, well engineered. Looks nice as well, a kind of soft satin finish on the main plastic parts

Excellent quality for the price point. I will go as far to say that these headphones are better than the beats studio pros I had. The noise cancelling feature hasn't broken, they're way more comfy and they don't trap my hair in the headphones meaning that I don't have to have my hair tied up while I'm wearing them. Highly recommend if you want a good quality pair of headphones that don't break the bank

Bought as I had issues with AirPods due to shorter battery life and sound quality declining over time. Overall very pleased, delivery was quick and the headphones are excellent value for money. Sound quality clear and noise cancelling feature is a great bonus

I had quite a few overear phones over many years but these definitely are the best so far for sound quality and comfort. Easily connected to my several bluetooth devices: phone, computer, laptop, watch, etc.. The sound quality pumping out from my music and tv devices are high in clarity and quality and a match for a more expensive brand that I have. For the price (especially the discount price I got them for) they're a best buy bargain! I bought these because I have the in-ear buds which are very good. I have the app so control of their products is so much easier. I charged them up but didn't need to so test battery life and after 24 hrs they're still showing up 100% power which is quite impressive. At this early stage I can only say that I love them!

Superb sound quality. Believe the hype! I am using and recommending these headphones in wired usb c mode. When you install these headphones I downloading some lossless audio in Spotify and then listen to the difference between wired usb c and Bluetooth. Spotify has an equaliser so you don’t need to use the JLabs app for an EQ. I found setting the headphone safety in the Jlab app to 95db and Spotify volume to normal gave me the best results. Last I looked Spotify did not have an equaliser in iOS so this is a welcome improvement. When you switch between Bluetooth and wired you will notice a positive difference in sound quality. These headphones have a built in digital to analogue (DAC) that is activated with usb c audio. Tested using iPhone 17 Pro on iOS 26.2 I wear glasses to read and I am finding this headset does feel slightly too tight when wearing my glasses, this is the only downside for me. If you are in the market for a headset look out for one that has a built-in DAC. Bluetooth is generally lossy, but you can buy expensive headsets at circa £300 that try to provide lossless Bluetooth - or spend much less and have a wired set-up As an alternative, I am awaiting delivery of the BTFO USB C Dual Chip CX31993 MAX97220 DAC (supports up to 32 bit audio). This is a kind of USB dongle that will plug into my PC, Macbook and iPhone and will be connected to Austrian Audio Hi X15 wired headphones using a 3.5mm connection. I expect this setup to be even better given this usb dongle is an amplifier and dac combined. The dongle cannot be used with the Jlab but will work with wired 3.5mm connection headsets. The Austrian Audio headset is highly recommended but is not Bluetooth or wired USB it is is analogue 3.5mm only.

Ich bin mit den JLab JBuds LUX ANC wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Kopfhörer sehen in der Farbe Salbei richtig schön aus und fühlen sich trotz des Kunststoffs gut verarbeitet an. Sie lassen sich einfach zusammenklappen und sind dadurch auch unterwegs sehr praktisch. Der Klang gefällt mir sehr gut, besonders wenn man etwas mehr Bass mag. Über die JLab-App kann man den Sound mit dem Equalizer noch individuell anpassen, was ich sehr praktisch finde. Das ANC funktioniert für den Alltag ebenfalls überraschend gut und reduziert störende Geräusche im Zug, Bus oder beim Arbeiten. Besonders positiv finde ich die lange Akkulaufzeit. Man muss wirklich nicht ständig ans Aufladen denken. Auch der Tragekomfort ist angenehm, selbst wenn man die Kopfhörer mehrere Stunden am Stück trägt. Die Bluetooth-Verbindung funktioniert bei mir zuverlässig und die Bedienung ist unkompliziert. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Mikrofon bei Telefonaten nicht ganz so überzeugend ist wie der Kopfhörer beim Musikhören. Insgesamt bekommt man hier für den Preis wirklich viel geboten. Für Musik, Filme, Reisen und den Alltag kann ich die JLab JBuds LUX ANC definitiv empfehlen. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

This is my second pair I invest in my life. Due to noise sensitivity, I have tried Sony, Senheiseur, Boss and Beats. These ANC headphones sound/ANC quality are really good however they are heavy with higher price. I then came across a review online about this pair. Happened to be on sale so I clicked the button straight away. First the headphones were a little bit clammy for me but I thought I might have to break it in so continue wearing. The next day I was wearing with no discomfort. The cloud cusion pads are so soft. Headphones so light. Althought ANC couldn't compare with the higher end brands but it is still good. I love the fact is has Movie mode that helps me to hear the audio from the movies a lot easier. The base and Jlab signature sound effects gave me goosebumps when I first tried it with music on. I was skeptical at first but now I am loving it. With the friendly price, no headphone case is expected. Can always buy one for around $10.

I just got these and am incredibly impressed. The sound quality and ANC are really good, though the noise cancellation won't cancel out heavy winds it cancels out pretty much everything else - I'm on a main access road and couldn't even hear the heavy duty machinery doing road work just outside my home. They stay on without any issues. I've done some workouts with them on as well and have had no issues. It's nicely padded and fit snuggly surrounding my entire ear, so it doesn't cause any soreness or bruising. I was especially worried about that as I have some easily irritated helix piercings, but it's not been a problem at all - I even fell asleep with them on. It's been running for at least 24 hours without charge and are at medium battery. They also don't drain the battery on my phone too fast and the Bluetooth range is pretty good. I've left the house without my phone to head into the yard and hadn't realized because my music kept playing as clearly as ever. They're easy to carry around and fold without issue. I did buy a separate carrying case for these headphones as well. All in all, they seem pretty sturdy, great sound, the noise cancellation works well, they're very comfortable, incredibly long battery life so especially convenient for people who travel fairly often or get pretty busy and I no longer have to worry about swapping out earbuds for charge - something I constantly had to do with my Galaxy Buds. It's great value for money. The only problem I had was that the Type C cable that came with the headphones to charge wasn't working when I initially checked everything.
