TERRAMUS Light Up Dance Mat Toys for Kids - Best Birthday Gifts for Girls Boys Electronic 8-Keys Dance Game, Adjustable Volume 27 Levels Dance Pad with LED Lights Built-in Music for Ages 3-8 Years Old

The dance mat is well-made, with no loose threads around the edges. The stitching is of high quality. The base is non-slip and has a shiny surface, but it's not actually slippery. I couldn't identify the material, but importantly, we've had 3 kids play on it for hours with no slipping incidents. The mat is easy to clean with a light damp cloth – any muck wipes right off. The mat uses 4 AA batteries. I recommend using rechargeable batteries to save money in the long run, especially with frequent use. The mat connects seamlessly to an Android phone, and we experienced no connection drops after about 2 hours of use. The device has a bright and clear step counter. The arrows are very bright, colourful, and responsive to the touch. We didn't notice any missed tracking. While the main focus is using your feet, you can also sit on the mat and use your hands for an upper-body workout. One thing to note is the speakers are very loud, much louder than we expected. Fortunately, you can control the music volume from your phone. This dance mat reminds me of the fun dance games from 90s consoles and arcades. It's a great way to exercise and keep fit, and it would be perfect for parties with prize-based games (highest score wins, rematch on draws). Overall, it's a great game!

Bought it for my son's 6th birthday. He loves it. His brother ( will be 2yrs old soon) likes jumping on it as well. An adult can have a go too, lol.

The dance mat is impressively well-made, with secure stitching and no loose threads along the edges. The high-quality stitching is evident. The base features a non-slip, shiny surface that isn’t slippery. Although I couldn't determine the exact material, it’s been tested by three kids playing for hours without any slipping incidents. Cleaning the mat is a breeze; a light damp cloth effectively removes any dirt or muck. The mat operates on 4 AA batteries. I recommend using rechargeable batteries to save money in the long run, especially with frequent use. It connects effortlessly to an Android phone, maintaining a stable connection throughout approximately 2 hours of use. The step counter on the device is bright and clear. The arrows are vibrant, colorful, and highly responsive. We didn't experience any missed steps during use. While primarily designed for foot use, you can also sit on the mat and use your hands for an upper-body workout. One point to note is the speakers are much louder than expected. Luckily, the volume can be controlled from your phone. This dance mat brings back memories of the fun dance games from 90s consoles and arcades. It’s an excellent way to exercise and stay fit, making it perfect for parties with prize-based games (highest score wins, rematch on draws). Overall, it's an excellent game!

Looks age appropriate

The kids loved this dance Mat. It is ideal for both girls and boys and provided great interaction whilst they competed to see who could be the best dancer. The dance mat is fab for improving/developing kids coordination, balance, fitness, confidence and social skills interacting with other kids and friends. The mat is soft, with an anti sip design which is easy to wipe down and clean. It is also easy to fold up and store away taking up little room. The mat needs 4 aa batteries which provides the power, there are 27 levels, 3 levels with 9 difficulties on each, one simple rhythm game, a memory game and a game which you play using your phone. The mat has built in music to the games and there is a volume button to select how loud you want it. We found the mat to be well made and responsive. This is a great interactive game for kids and provides a lot of entertainment.

The upgraded light-up dance mat features 8 bright LED lights with 5 color options and an 8-key mode for a dynamic dance experience. It includes Bluetooth and memory modes for playing music and offers 27 interactive game levels. Made from soft, waterproof, and anti-slip fabric, it measures 39.7 x 35 inches and is foldable for easy storage. Ideal as a birthday gift for kids, it promotes coordination, balance, and fitness. The mat is suitable for ages 3 to 12 and comes with a satisfaction guarantee.

Its a nice brightly coloured mat. You need 4 AA batteries to power it. A useful upgrade to this, would be having an inbuilt battery and usb c charging port. The supplied screwdriver seems too small though for the battery cover, so I would suggest using a bigger one so you don't round the screw head. It works fine, and the speakers are quite loud for their size. The arrows are responsive, and you can either play the inbuilt tunes or pair with your phone for music. To pair just press the bluetooth button and on your phone it is simply labelled as bluetooth. The video shows the mat playing music from my phone and the arrows lighting up with the music. So it works well, and having bluetooth really expands what you can play through it. The mat though is smaller than the pictures suggest, and it looks like the mat has been made to look larger than it is. See pic showing an A4 envelope on the mat. Still it would be great fun for ages of I would say 3 to 6. Lots of fun can be had, and it keeps them a lot more active than a Tablet or console can. Price for the features seems reasonable.

Perfect for my four year-old granddaughter and also my 10-year-old. The quality is great. Keep some entertained for hours. Quality is good. Love it very functional and easy to use.
