The bread came out nice and crispy and really tasty, so all is good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great piece of kit *by C***E on 10 February 2025* I used it today for the first time, the hardest part was mixing the dough, once in the mould, it baked the dough well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid, easy to clean, makes baguettes just like a professional *by M***Y on 3 September 2025* I've used it for a while now and perhaps done 20+ bakes. Good solid construction and cleans easily The dough I use it with is somewhat more sticky than the baguettes normally expected, so after 3 or 4 uses I did experience minor sticking, particularly if I brushed the tops with milk. But I just line it with a reusable non-stick baking paper. The cloth is very handy and works fine for proving and also when cooling the baguetts. It is actually arge enough to cover 2 trays and machine washable.
