Great for my bearded dragon!
My bearded dragon loves his new dish. I use it to feed him his mealworms and dubia roaches that I breed for him. Before I’d feed him one at a time with tongs just to be sure they didn’t escape and hide somewhere in the cage. This bowl keeps them contained long enough for him to eat without me having to feed one at a time. Which I think is a lot more entertaining for him to actually “hunt” for his food. I also use this bowl to feed him his veggies and fruit. He had a habit of pushing things off his plate when he’s scarfing down his food so it’s nice that this keeps everything inside the bowl so he can’t get food everywhere which is gross and unsanitary if it doesn’t get picked up. I wish pet stores sold these bowls. It’s crazy they don’t because they’re so much better than any other bowl I’ve bought before. Since it’s ceramic is also really easy to clean too. If there’s any stuck on food I just soak it in some warm soapy water and it slides right off. The other bowls I have I’d have to scrub at for a while because they were coarse or porous. I highly recommend this bowl for bearded dragons. Or any lizard for that matter. Makes feeding so much easier and cleaner. And to add it reduces the risk of impacting because it lessens the risk of them ingesting sand or other types of substrates

Great quality, my bearded dragon is just scared of it for some reason.
So I'll start off by saying my beardie is kind of a chunk, so when he tries to get into the bowl he uses his body weight and tips it over which normally startles him. We keep it in there for him but put his greens in a separate dish. If he won't eat his worms right away we'll throw them in there for a bit so they don't go running around his tank. We have a 2'4'2 that we made ourselves with hinged doors and they'd easily crawl out of there if we didn't have this bowl.

Pretty good bowl for my leopard gecko, None of the mealworms escaped at all. Only wish it was made a little thicker just bc I feel like it can def break easily or chip if you ever drop it slightly but that’s only if your cleaning other than that it’s good!

The medium dish works so much better (for now)
I ordered both the small and the medium dish. The small dish does not contain neither the 1/4" dubia roaches nor the worms very well. Even when I lower the amount in the dish, because the roaches scurry away from the light, they pile up on top of each other and that gives them leverage to get out. So, I ordered the MEDIUM DISH. The medium dish works so much better (for now). My beardie is small and the dubia roaches are small, so I don't know how effective it will be later on - BUT, so far, no roaches MIA in the medium dish AND my small beardie can reach them.

Bigger than you expect
It definitely keeps dubias from escaping but it is way larger than you would expect - I could have gotten the smaller size and it would have been perfect - hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Very good quality
Bought this for my daughter's bearded dragon and was surprised at the quality of this dish. I was expecting a cheap piece of plastic but, it's a very nice ceramic bowl. The lizards main diet right now is roaches and the smooth walls of this bowl make it impossible for the roaches to climb and get out.

Great bowl for reptiles
Works very well. Keep the roaches and worms in the bowl until my bearded is ready to eat them.

The large bowl also keeps Dubia's inside
I don't feed my beardie mealworms, but I do feed Dubias. I wasn't sure if it would keep them contained within the bowl but it does! Now the dragon and I don't have to chase bugs all over the enclosure. Highly recommend!
