Definitely helpful for sweaty palms. Mostly got this for calf raises. The leather is great for absorbing any sweat. Takes a little bit to get used to but well worth it. Well built!

They work great for heavy lifting

These work well if you use them correctly. The pictures show how they can be used. The picture on the left is the correct way to use them for improved grip. The right picture will protect your hands and provide some grip if a bar is slippery. These are well made, better than expected for the price. The suede is surprisingly grippy. The suede is dyed nicely and I did not find any flaws with the build quality. The work well and are good value.

Needed a replacement pair when I lost one of my weightlifting grips but these are way too large (at the wrist and too long in the grip pad) to work for me.

Fantastic quality , if you haven’t tried these you are definitely missing out . This is a game changer . My workout is far more effective now and I can lift heavier weight with out hurting my hands or feeling the pressure on my wrist .

I have been going to the gym since October of 2023 and have been struggling with my palms hurting more and more as I add to the weights I'm doing. These wrist wraps were a god send! I no longer feel like my skin is on fire and going to rip apart, and I even say my grip has improved since using them. I have a 10/10 recommendation, and I'm even half tempted to get a green pair.

These are great and help make lifting a whole lot easier.

Die Griffhilfe ist wirklich eine super Unterstützung für Latzug oder auch Rudern am Kabelzug. Da sie fest um das gesamte Handgelenk sitzt hat man ein sehr sicheres Gefühl während der gesamten Übung und man kann den Rücken bis zum letzten Zug perfekt trainieren.
