The media could not be loaded. This is a simple gismo that helps stretch the muscles and ligaments (disclaimer: I am NOT a MD) of the back by stretching them. It has 3 different levels of "stretching". Setting them up takes a few seconds (no more than 5 seconds).At first, I could barely do the first level, and it was somewhat painful. I now "graduated to the second, and hope to eventually get to the third. It is so simple to use and so helpful.
