We work in the steel building industry and have about 32 PCs in service from Dell to HP to the ACEMAGICIAN Mini PC with the AMD Ryzen 7 5700U. We have been testing and using the Acemagician in our working environment testing it for its longevity, performance etc. Since we first started using them, we now have 5 workstations using them. So far, I can say the quality has been outstanding, the performance is more than perfect and much like our more expensive Dell PC's.If you are on the fence about purchasing one of these, go ahead and buy it, the price is crazy good for the specs you are getting and the drive and memory are easy to upgrade. We mounted these on the backs of our monitors due to the small size with is a great space saving feature as well.So, to sum it up, great product, great performance, solid build, runs Microsoft Office and some lightweight cad programs with out missing a beat. Programs open quickly and runs very quiet! We are slowly replacing all of our workstations with these since they are proving to be very cost effective and reliable in our workspace.Go get you one, two or three! You will not be disappointed.

I run a small tech business and have been using these systems for the past few years. I have about a dozen doing different things at different places. All of them have been quite efficent at each location. I have had only one with a hardware issue that was dealt with quickly and efficently by their support department. The machine is fast and quiet. Plenty of USB Ports. Great with dual monitors. Small and easily assimilated into each location. The choice of Wifi and ethernet connection is convenient as well. All in all an excellent little workhorse for the price point.

This is a great mini pc. It has the specs of a full sized tower, with a fraction of the footprint. It has a lot of connectivity in case you need to expand to multiple monitors or additional storage, webcams. Its very quiet, fast and powerful. It handles all of my work from home tasks & has been good for gaming too.Great customer service. I had a couple of follow up questions and the customer service team was very friendly. They quickly answered my questions. I'm very happy with purchase.

The overall performance is beneath what you would expect from its specs. But at its price point it is considerably faster than the competition. So don’t benchmark it and you’ll be happy with the purchase. And if you do, remember how much it costed. You can hear it’s cooler throttling so it’s not completely silent operation. It comes ready to use so no extra steps to get you working, that is great. It’s tiny and looks well made. The power consumption is low, and it comes with enough RAM and SSD to handle everyday tasks and some. It will not break any speed records but overall I’m pleased with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using mini pc around my house for multiple purposes for a few years now. I was looking for a mini pc upgrade for my son he had an older model and I was looking for something he could do some gaming on and also school work. I was very impressed getting this mini pc out of the box it felt like it had a nice quality feel to it. I was pleasantly impressed with how quickly this mini pc booted up having a few others in my household this model boots up the quickest. I also loaded some games my son enjoys dreamlight valley and this machine ran it without a problem and the display output is beautiful. There are many usb ports to plug peripherals into such ad mouse , keyboard, speakers etc. Even running games for long periods the unit runs rather quiet as well it is the quietest mini pc I own. Internet speed and connectivity is very fast with the built in wifi card. As far as value goes this machine is hard to beat if you are looking for a machine that will pretty much do it all at and affordable price this one is hard to beat. My son is loving his new mini pc!

I had this mini almost one year to the day, it would not boot when I first turned it on. I needed to turn it off and then back on before it would boot. I narrowed it down to a problem with one of the USB ports. Emailed ACE support and they were of no help. They offered to send me an Amazon $20 gift certificate for my trouble. It never came. I'm concerned that this a mother board problem and not a good sign of things to come. This is the second mini I have bought off Amazon, the first died after one year also. Once this one goes, I will not buy from a Chinese company again.

This mini PC is way more capable than I expected! The 7430U handles multitasking like a champ—I regularly run multiple Chrome tabs, Slack, and Zoom without slowdowns. The build quality is solid, and it stays quiet even under load. Setup was a breeze, and I love how energy-efficient it is compared to my old desktop. If you need a reliable machine for office work or media consumption, this won’t disappoint, by the way 16GB is plenty for most users.

I bought this as it was advertised as a mini gaming PC. However, only one game that I downloaded, actually works on default graphic settings. Every one of my other games I have to set to the lowest graphics settings to be tolerable. As far as Windows OS goes, it runs phenomenal. And takes up very little physical desk space. But for what I wanted it for, I'm pretty disappointed and wished I bought something more game friendly.
