I use it almost every day, brought it at the start of December or something and I've still got over half a bar left. I used to suffer with body odour a week before my period, and it would just get worse as I got closer. I would have to wash my underarms with antibacterial hand soap every month without fail at this time or the month bc body wash wouldn't get rid of the smell. Now I use Aleppo soap and I do not suffer with that at all. It's really antimicrobial so I've solved that one. It doesn't have a smell, so that's how you know it's working as any odour is gone. so I sometimes have a quick wash afterwards with body wash just bc I like the smell. I only use this on my face during that time in my cycle when my skin is oily, and only for a quick 10 seconds. Otherwise it irritates my skin, makes it dry and itchy. I wouldn't use this as shampoo due to that. I have oily skin naturally, so I was surprised it dried my face out. But my body loves it!! I used it everywhere, everyday. No BO, no pongy feet. Lasts for absolutely ages. I love it! Had no idea as to how good it was. It came in its own little bag which I thought a little strange but there you are. The good news is that as far as tablets of soap goes this it quite big. In use it lathers quite well and it cleans the skin well. And more good news is that as an eczema sufferer using this soap didn't trigger any flareups, didnt make any existing eczema patches worse and left me clean and smelling fresh, The one negative is the fact that when unwrapping there is a very strong odour indeed present.
