Great product but strap broke on the second day of use. Button on the snap popped off.

I use this in the car.I’m on the road all day everyday.When you get it, this thing is like a sticking a cut in half basketball in the small of your back.You can cut down the extrusions until it’s were you want it.BUT... you will be training you body to us use.The first week is HELL.But I got this because I had some serious sciatic pain shooting down my leg.I had muscle spasms and pain in my core and neck everyday that first week.I constantly adjusted it until I could stand using it.AND THAT THE REALITY... it’s not “comfortable”.. it’s there to force your body to sit Up straiter.I got this with one of backjoys seat orthopedic things. WHICH IS ALSO A TORTURE DEVICE.But after about a months use, I can at least say they work.I don’t have that shooting sciatic pain everyday now.It Sucks... but it works

If you need a real firm lumbar support this is perfect. All of the others I tried are way too soft and provide very little support.

I need lumbar support, and often bring a Tee shirt to roll up behind me when I sit in unsupportive chairs. I was hoping this would be a better solution, as I liked the Backjoy Sitsmart.Unfortunately, this didn't work on any chair on which I tried it. It sticks out too far, too abruptly, and too firmly, making it feel like someone's jamming their fist into your back. Ouch.

This lumbar support is easy to adjust and provides exactly the support I was looking for. I spend a lot of time at a reception desk-in my task chair-and this item makes my standard chair into an ergonomic one.

Too small height wise - does not follow natural curve of back, just pushes in one area instead of supporting the whole back. I'm a small person: 5 ft 0 in & this back support is too small for even my small lower back area. You end up hovering away from the rest of the chair (See picture).The strap is adjustable, but requires some thinking: Initially tried to put on chair like how it was shipped to me, with the buttons attached on each side, but found that the strap was too long, even when shortened all the way (See picture). Then, adjusted it so that the buttons are on top of each other instead of on each side (See picture). This made the strap short enough to -barely- fit around the back of the chair. (See picture).Still, I would not recommend since I found it very uncomfortable. Will be returning this.
