I hate killing any living creature, even spiders which I really don't like. I read an article once which stated that unlike other phobias, where we just feel fear, spiders also induce a feeling of disgust. Must be something evolutionary I guess. Anyway, they can't help being spiders and this neat device means I can remove them without harming them in any way. And the bonus is I don't feel fear or disgust! It comes with a stick on hanger and clear cover for the filaments. As well as a plastic spider to aid exposure therapy! I think this is a great item - easy to use and easy to keep clean.

Arrived on time - works well without hurting small creatures. Have reordered for daughter in-law who hates creepy crawlies.

I like this product as it catches spiders without squashing them. However, I've had at least 3 before that have broken so they don't last.

Brilliant for not just catching & not hurting spiders. Great for saving Bees, & hoverflies that get lost into my greenhouse.!

It's a great tool especially for getting the big spiders. Though I did get a fright when the black plastic "practice " spider fell out the box . I try not to kill spiders as it's bad luck and this does the trick perfectly.

Broke on second time of using but as long as I hold it together, it does effectively hold spiders.
