Incredible! Is it magic?
Ok, let me start by saying I was very skeptical, but decided to give it a try, because at this point, Iโll literally try anything. It all started this spring when I decided to xeriscape my yard. After way too much squatting, I found that my hip really hurt. I chocked it up to just being over worked, and figured it would get better in a few days of rest. Fast forward to September, and the pain is still there; sometimes unbearable and difficult to walk or sit for too long. Backup about a month, and I thought adding in some regular exercise would help with my mobility. Well, I overdid it with the Zumba and deep stretching yoga poses, and I tore the meniscus in my knee. Same knee as my hip, so the right side of my body has really been hit hard. For perspective, Iโm a 50 year old person who is probably trying to move like a 20 year old, but Iโll do anything to avoid surgery. Ok, now that the background is out of the way, fast forward back to today. I ordered this unit last night out of desperation, and was delighted to see that it had free overnight delivery. It showed up today, on time. I pulled it out and immediately put it to use. Starting with my hip, I just laid it over my hip area exposing as much of my hip to the light as possible. Did a 20 minute treatment on the NIR+RED setting, and when it was done, I got up and there was NO PAIN!! Ok, is this a placebo affect? Ya know what? I donโt care! Iโll take it! Iโve now wrapped my knee and am doing a knee treatment, and all I can hope for is that it will help, even a fraction of what my hip felt like when done. I use the highest setting option which is done by pressing the power button to turn the unit on, then press the mode button until it turns red, and then press the power button again until it turns red: meaning both lights are illuminated red. I plan to do this a couple times per day, but if itโs anything like what it did for my hip on the very first treatment, Iโm sold! Itโs comfortable, easy to use, and the heat is an added bonus. Itโs high quality and extremely versatile, because itโs big enough to treat any area of the body with ease. I was off put at first thinking that the NIR setting wasnโt working because I couldnโt see any light being emitted, but had to remind myself that the human eye canโt see infrared light, so donโt send it back thinking that the NIR setting isnโt working. I found that the price was great compared to other units, so this is a real value for the money. Overall, if I keep getting the results that I got with one single treatment, this is GOD SENT. Give it a try!

So far Iโm impressed
Day one: as others have stated, this stinks upon opening. I was prepared based on those reviews and put this in the garage to air out. Also sprayed Lysol on it. When the stink had dissipated, I did a 20 minute session on my back. Mind you, I herniated two discs in 2023, and had surgery that year. Recently the tell tale tingling down the legs showed up. I remember all to well the horrible pain this led to. So Iโm trying everything I can think of while the pain is still at a mild level. Iโm a believer in red light therapy after trying one of those NovaFlow things for the nose to manage sinus inflammation. The price of this was reasonable. Hopefully it lasts! Right now my pain level is typically worse at night. So my first session was late in the evening. Afterwards I took care of scooping the litterboxes (a nightly chore) and noticed it wasnโt quite so painful this time. So I do believe I am already getting some benefits. As far as I can tell, this has to be plugged in to operate, so itโs not something you can just walk around the house while using. Time will tell if this holds up. Fingers crossed! Update, Day3: My husband has now used this on his achy shoulder (probably will have shoulder replacement soon) and says this red light is actually helping ease the pain. Iโm currently laying with this belt on my back, and itโs relaxing me enough that I could fall asleep. Iโm growing more impressed as time goes on.

MY MIGRAINES ARE VIRTUALLY DEFEATED
MIGRAINES DIMINISHED by 90%. Unbelievable! I've had continuous migraines for 24/7/365 for the last two years. They come and go but stay for months or years. Going on 35 years like this. But this belt...I wrap it around my neck, and forehead and use it 20 minutes a day and 90% of the migraine is GONE. A miracle. I still have to take a migraine pill (Imitrex) maybe once a week, but I had to take something every twelve hours, day in and day out, for the last two years...so this belt has already paid for itself. I'm ordering a second one, though the first is still rockin' it with no problem and I've used it daily for the past month. BTW, when I say "migraines", I'm talking about diagnosed 35 years ago and are 9 or 10 on the pain scale without meds... It's worth a shot for sure!

Recommend for Red Light
These things are hard to evaluate as to what they are actually doing. My feelings are that it has helped with inflammatory things in the gut. It is well made. I think that being able to actually treat mitochondria and other organelles is an exciting frontier in medicine.

Works
Works really well. I purchased this for a friend and she reported back that it completely took her pain away. I reminded her that she needs to use it directly on her skin which she did. She slept with it turned on the entire night while she was on vacation, sleeping in the hotel bed and when she woke up she had no back pain.

Nice, easy-to-use Red Light wrap
This is a very nice red light belt and is easy to use. It's safe for people with pacemakers. Both my husband and I have pacemakers and we do place it over my pacemaker since I'm working on my shoulder pain. I haven't had any issues. We just started using it so I can attest to how well it works. I haven't had any skin irritation or issues. The wrap is nice sized and easily fits in the areas we need. It has a velcro closure that is easy to open to close. I am happy with the wrap and would use it again.
