After Sales Service from Bestway or any suppliers seems to be non existent
I would advise anybody DO NOT BUY one of these dinghies. Ye, they are good value and well made, but after sales service is non existent from Bestway or any of the companies who sell them. Mine is 3 years old and gets used for four weeks every year. This year after two weeks (so ten weeks total use) the inflatable floor developed a blister so that the dinghy is now unusable. This part is a separate item, but no one will supply a replacement or make any effort to source one. They all say 'it's out of warranty' . When I say 'I am not expecting a replacement for free', they all say 'spares are not available'. I have been trying since August and got no where. DO NOT BUY
