I live in an apartment so I don’t really have anywhere to put large tiki torches, and I wanted to do my own table ones! These were a great idea and I will surely buy over and over again!!! I got my mason jars at the Dollar Tree ($1 each). Instructions for tiki torch fluid and DIY mason tiki we’re very simple and only took about 2 minutes. Be careful as you can see the flame is VERY HIGH so keep away from anything flammable (papers, plants, umbrellas). Also, be careful putting the snuffer on. I had to flip it up quickly in the same direction the wind blew - with the flame so high it makes it difficult to put the snuffer on.

Great product, however in the product description it says fits any standard wide mouth mason jar....it only fits a standard mason jar, not wide mouth

This was a great buy. I keep mason jars so this quick adaption was a great find. Over all this set up comes out cheaper than if you purchase the pre-made tiki burners, and I ended up with one more for the money spent. I recommend bring them in after use....someone in my neighborhood saw them and liked them so much that they took the two I had out. So I will be purchasing another set to replace the ones that went AWOL.

I like the idea of turning my jars into torches but the flat top really isn’t conducive to a torch. Since the wick is so close to the top, the oil seeps onto the surface and there’s a lot of flame and they produce a lot of smoke. I really wish I could return them but I already use them. I wouldn’t recommend them.

This kit fit perfectly onto vintage blue Mason jars purchased from Amazon to create colorful backyard torches. I repurposed warped, color wrapped pool cues to use as poles, wired Mason jars to cues. Added delightful blue tinting to backyard greenery area. Only caps may be problem for those placing in open, windy areas; they are loose fitting covers.

These were quick easy and work just as described. They make an excellent table piece. I'm fit all sizes of jars tall short. They are a bit Smokey but that could be the oil and not necessarily the WIC. Very fun quick easy project.

This work perfectly for that industrial farmhouse feel in the backyard. I used these around a bon fire and had no issue with bugs at all (used with the bug repellant Tiki Torch Fuel), and they lit the area well. I have considered buying more of these lids to light up all around my back yard, they're amazing.**I was unsure about this before purchasing - these fit the REGULAR mouth ball jars, so if you're buying those ahead of time, make sure they're the right mouth type**

A little bit pricey but it was worth it because it fits perfectly and with the open flame the cap did not burn! I bough two sets and love it! Looks great in my backyard! The flame cap prevented a heavy rain water from getting into the wick! High quality and last in the texas heat so far!
