What a difference!!My 11 year old daughter plays football and has been suffering with her flat feet. These have helped her so much. They are nice and thin so don't feel like heel will slip out but I would still remove original insoles. She wants to wear them all the time and suffers if she's not wearing them. So it looks like I'm buying them for all her shoes from now on. They are pricey but with every penny in my opinion.

I was worried these insoles might be bulky in my 10 year old daughter's shoes. They are super thin, hardly noticeable and hopefully are doing their job with her flat foot problem. At least her arches are supported and her feet are not turning inside as they used to. She wore them straight through the day since we received them. She didn't need a "breaking in" period, which was great. No pain whatsoever ! I do recommend that you get just half a size larger shoes if you are to buy a new pair, but these will fit into any of your shoes as long as they are comfy and not too tight in the first place. Just make sure you order the right size of insoles. Great product !

I was getting really bad heel/achilles pain in a new job where I was required to stand 90% of the time in clunky formal shoes (retail, in case anyone is wondering). These were a GAME CHANGER. Firstly, they're super low profile so they work with shoes that don't have a removable insole. Secondly, they just work. Period. They don't look like anything special but the slightly-raised heel elevates 99% of foot pain.If you balking at the price vs gel inserts etc, treat yourself on this occasion. I'm still trying these, but initial impressions are favourable. As supplied they are over size, obviously, so have to be cut to fit. Straight out of the bow I walked 45km's on mixed surfaces and found these supported my feet OK...BUT I don't think they are as comfortable as the Carbon insoles from the same manufacturer, but they are not the same kind of insole, so direct comparison is unfair.Would I buy another pair? Not at the moment.

Just what I was looking for. I had mortons neuroma surgery a couple years ago now and have struggled with hyper sensitive nerve endings ever since. This made wearing shoes which applied even a faint bit of pressure fairly uncomfortable after large periods.These super thin insoles have allowed me to squeeze out as much toe-box space as possible to try and alleviate symptoms of pain - its been hugely effective! I'm now planning on purchasing a second set to prevent me have to keep switching insole between shoes.I use these for all types of shoe. Examples include- Walking- Work- Trainer- Tennis- Cycling

I got these to provide arch support in a pair of my shoes where the insole cannot be removed. My shoes are half a size larger than I normally wear. I have tried a number of different arch support insoles but all were too thick or caused my heel not to fit in the heel cup of the shoe and meant my shoe slipped at the heel. These however have proven to be okay and are the best that I have tried for this purpose so far.

Okay so I’ve been getting more foot and ankle pain from my flat feet from hiking. My left foot is total collapse and right no so bad. I’ve been using a high arch insert from other manufacturers that I thought were good as they were quite spongy.On explaining the problem with good old AI two brands were recommended for longer distance walking. This brand and another that cost over £50 a pair and they didn’t have the best reviews.I Opted to try these with a low arch and so far done 3 walks with them, the longest so far being 8 mile. They definitely seem to be more comfortable and giving less bottom foot pain than the other make I was using so happy so far. Hopefully they remain durable over many hikes.

Good construction, but blue ones suit me better, much more support, better for flat feet like mine, i need a lot of support.

I bought it for my who has a flat feet but loves playing soccer. It was thing enough to fit into soccer shoes. His pain after practices diminished, he is very happy. I am so happy to find an insole thin and strong enough to support his feet. highly recommend it and I will buy again when his size changes.

These insoles are amazing! I have been suffering for several months with severe plantar fasciitis iin my left foot. I have moderate pronation in that foot & have also had surgery in the past to remove a neuroma in that foot. I have tried new shoes, exercises, cold therapy, night splints, compression socks, etc. with very little relief of the pain. I am unable to take anti-inflammatory medications or steroids due to severe side effects. I placed these into my shoes and my pain was significantly better almost immediately. I was completely pain free after 3 hours of walking with these in my shoes. I cannot believe that this insole had such an impact on my pain! My pronation is completely corrected. The arch support feels great & it is in the correct place for my feet. Usually most arch supports are too far forward for my feet. They feel wonderful to my feet. I also purchased the copper which is basically the same insole with memory foam on top. I use it in my roomier shoes as it is thicker. This insole is thin enough that it fits into all my shoes as long as I remove the original factory insoles. These have been a life changer for me. I can now wear all of my shoes even the ones without good arch support as long as I have these in the shoes................UPDATE...........I have been wearing these insoles in all my shoes for 3 weeks. My foot pain has totally resolved. I was in tears when I walked prior to using these insoles. They have changed my life! Sounds a little dramatic, but it is true. I also purchased the copper Superfeet which has a memory foam top. It is very comfortable, but they are not thin enough to fit into all of my shoes. The black insoles fit into any of my shoes (after you remove the original insole). Most of my shoes are Easy Spirit which have removable insoles (a great feature). I had to rip the insoles out of all my Skechers shoes. My Skechers had comfortable memory foam insoles, but absolutely no arch support whatsoever! Probably why I started having foot pain in the first place! I purchased another pair of the black Superfeet so I would have some insoles for my yard work sneakers.
