The instantaneous water heating is impressive. Water comes out at a good speed even when the hottest temperature is selected. Buttons and options are user-friendly and easy to operate. There is a solid grip handle at the back of the water tank for easy removal of the tank from the base to refill with water. However, when the tank is full, it does feel heavy to carry the tank by that handle. (We also have the RO countertop machine also by Frizzlife that has a neat, fold-down handle on top of the water tank that makes it easy to carry a full tank.) The filter itself filters water at a good speed even when set to the slowest setting (for better filtration). Water capacity is great for casual use at home, but if you were having a tea party with friends, you may have to refill often and need to wait for the water to filter. This is an attractive and modern-looking machine, as are all products from Frizzlife - photo shows our Frizzlife black countertop RO machine next to the Frizzlife white instant hot water dispenser. All in all, this is a cool and innovative product. It's nice to have freshly heated water practically instantaneously.

This product is very convenient for home use

This product randomly came up when I was searching for a replacement for my zojurishi water boiler and warmer which broke after one year of use. I looked at the description and this is such a great product for people who drinks hot water all the time. First, it comes with filter itself! Saves me money from buying purified water from stores. It also reduce a step for you if you filter your tap water. The filter works well for me. Second, it takes 3 seconds to boil to 100 Celsius. The water comes out small stream but that’s okay with me. This avoids any potential re-boil of water which is not good for health. And there is no taste of plastic whatsoever in the water. Overall this has been a great addition to my kitchen so far and I’ve recommended it to several of my friends.

The produce is easy to use and function as designed for the first month.After that, we found some on and off water leakage from the product, which is getting worse recently. We finally decided to disconnect and examine the internal. To our surprise, we found the internal is very poorly designed: water hoses are connected by zip ties without threading, no wire management/insulation, and complete exposed heater connections.Because of water leakage, our heater wire solder joints are all wet, which is serious electrical hazard.Please be aware of the design issue and potential risk.

I used to use Frizzlife under sink water filter. My city has hard water and tried of cleaning water stain inside water boiler so I want to try it when I see this item pop up on my screen.Easy installation. Just spend more time to wait for filtering water before use. There is a scratch on drip tray but I think still okay for me.I like the child lock function that it won't be triggered by mistake and prevent kids from burns by hot water. There are 4 options for temperature which I tried using 185F for coffee as the suggestion on the instruction), but thats slightly colder than ideal. Maybe Iwill choose 215f on next trial. It is cool thathere are also 3 volume option (5, 10, 17oz) like K cup coffee. Water dispense is on slower side but overall acceptable. It is reasonably priced and so far I'm satisfied for my first time using.

This is the only instant water heating product I found on Amazon. As I only drink the warm water right away, I don't care the exact temperature, though I found the boiling water is very hot when I chose it. So far I am happy with this part. However, the filtering part is almost useless to me.1) The filtered water has strong chemical taste. 2) The water could not go through the cartridge after 3 days of use no matter how I adjusted the water flow position on the cartridge. 3) If I follow the manual to fill the tank by taking it out and adding water under faucet, it might not be easy enough to put the tank back because it needs strict alignment to be click. So you might consider using a pitcher instead to fill the tank.Some other improvement I can think of are:The build quality can definitely be improved as it feels plastic. Also I hope there is a handle on the tank lid. There are some logic flaws with the indicator lights. For example, after I filled the tank with water after it runs out of water, the lights keep flashing instead of stopping.The setup I end up with is to get rid of the cartridge and fill the tank with the water coming out of our existing filtering pitchers, as shown in the picture.

Beautiful and functional

It is compact and easy to use.But most of all, this is only small water filter sysyem says to filter Fluoride which is very critical for our body.

Childlock mechanism is ass. They should include a flip switch hidden somewhere to turn off this mechanism if the household is only adults. Visitors and my older parents have difficulty remembering to turn off childlock before getting hot water. Not deal breaker, but if there was an option to switch off childlock altogether, it would be great. This switch should be included in future models.The good stuff, it's great, sometimes you are in the mood for luke warm, hotter and hot enough to melt hot chocolate powder options. Unlike a standard electric kettle which is always on high heat, you can go for luke warm without mixing cold water.The not so great, if your cup is larger than 250ml, you'll need to manually control how much water it puts out. The default is 250ml. (Can turn off prematurely)The water flow is not great neither, so be warned. (Unless it's the cold water, the hot water boils before coming out so the flow rate is slow)The last part, do not use this next to a microwave, toaster, or coffee maker machine, this product is a high wattage appliance, tripped a few fuses several times because of this.

I like it cos I can use existing Barita filter instead of buying new one and its easy of use.

製品自体は良いと思う。しかし、日本で使い続けるにはカートリッジのコストが高すぎる。カートリッジが日本では2個で3164円＋配送料が1オーダーごとに1800円取られるので、2個（4か月分）で5000円かかる。つまり、カートリッジだけで経費が年間15000円となり、本体セットとほぼ同額となる。カートリッジの配送料がもっと安くならない限り、日本では買うべきではないだろう。
