It's very bubbly and strongly carbonated like club soda. Very faint taste of chalk or limestone, so it has to contain some calcium. Use it to mix and prepare Italian sodas or other non-alcoholic bar drinks, "stirred not shaken" like Ian Fleming's original James Bond. Walk a straight line, don't get dehydrated, got work to do.
