Excellent device. I use it on a flagstone floor in kitchen and hall. It's a bit uneven, but the steam jets get right down there and destroy any dirt the dog has brought in! It's so simple to use, providing you follow the instructions. Top Tips: make sure you clean out the waste water reservoir when you have used the device.Or, mark my words when you do, it will stink. Don't use any sort of cleaning fluid or detergent, or anything. Just water. It is a steam cleaner. What's handy is the tray that comes with it. When you've done a clean , a voice will tell (order!) you to place the device in the tray (which is really a drip tray to avoid mess) and let a brush cleaning cycle automatically commence. This sucks the dirt off the roller brush but you can also manually clean it. I am pleased I bought it, it really helps.

I've spent more money on these than i care to remember! Have owned :Karcher - rubbish and died after 3 monthsBissel x 2: good but gradually stopped wortking and boith died within a yearVax: overpriced , gradually stopped working properly then died...shark - the best of the above but died after year and halfthis one works best straight out of the box. very solid build and some great features like the dry brug=sh which you can use to make the floor totally dry and also polish the floor.If it keeps working like this and doesn't die - it's streets ahead of the others. NB: make surte you use cleaner designed for robot/elec mops - not flash or other bubbly cleaners ;)

This is a very handy hoover/mop to have if you have pets to clean daily however, the suction mode is not the greatest if you have little bits left on the floor that is stuck on the floor it does not pick them up straight away you have to hold the machine on and go back and forth a few times before it actually collects/cleans the area. It definitely has been handy to quickly clean for sure. Its design is good and does move around on its own and does stretch all the way down too. It’s best to use on flat surfaces and it’s not that light to lift and do stairs with, it can become a struggle. I would say overall I am satisfied however, I don’t know if it is as good as advertised.Please do bear in mind I have only used this a handful of times so I’m only getting use to it at the moment.

I bought this machine and absolutely loved it. I only had it a few months and the clean water tank started leaking water quicker that it was sucking it up. I reached out to their customer service and they said they would send me a replacement water tank. I waited 3 months and gig back in touch and they said they can’t post it to me because of new EU regulations. They said if I post the whole machine back to them they would send me a replacement when they receive my machine. I said I would prefer they would send me a replacement and I could post the original machine back in the packaging the replacement came in and also I had lost trust in the company after waiting so long on a new water tank. I didn’t trust that I would have to find a suitable packaging and pay to have it posted and then have to wait on my replacement being sent to me. I haven’t been able to use the machine for months and at this point it still isn’t a year old. Customer service isn’t good

This has been rather a life-changer. Vacuums and cleans my wood flooring so easily. Results are great every time. On the down side, hubby now thinks he has two ladies nagging him when I’ve finished and put the machine back on it’s stand!

I want to love this cleaner but I'm always disappointed after using it - smears all over my laminate floors and dirty puddles everywhere I've had to stop it to carry up stairs or before putting it on the dock. Battery life is great, does the whole house, the self clean is great but be prepared for odours. Cleaning the tank is a faff and I always end up having to pick damp bits of fluff and crumbs out of the corners of the vacuum tray which is gross. It's great to be able to vacuum and mop in one but for this price I'd expect a product that I didn't have to go around cleaning up it's puddles and smears afterwards.

Love this machine, I had an older version a debit annoyed me that it don’t get anywhere near the edge, this one does, it’s great to hoover and wash your hard floors at the same time plus it self propels meaning it pulls you along rather than having to push it so great for people with pain issues like me, can’t lift a bucket with water no problem and this is quite fun to use. Also nice that it cleans itself, though I wish it didn’t tell me everything it’s doing it makes me put off cleaning and then I forget. That’s a me problem though I guess. This machine is great.

تؤدي العمل بشكل ممتاز، الشحن ايضاً كما هو متوقع تماماً، تاتي مع فرشاة ممسحة وفلتر اضافي، وفرشاة تنظيف لغزان الماء، سهلة الاستخدام وليست ثقيلة كالتي عندي، ممتازة للاستخدام اليومي، محلول التنظيف المرفق اضع منه غطاء واحد في ، وخزان الماء ممتليء تماما، وهو كافي جداً، انصح باعتماده بصفة دائمة وشرائه في العروض ، اخذت المكنسة في عرض وكان السعر منافس جداً، التنظيف الذاتي بالحرارة رائع ويترك الممسحة جافة 99%، بها دفع ذاتي فلا اشعر بالوزن ابداً، وتنخفض تحت الاثاث كما في الوصف والفيديو، انصح بالتنظيف بعد كل استخدام لحافظ الماء حتى لاتصدر روائح، وانصح بشراء ملحقات سائل التنظيف و فلتر اضافي وفرشا دوارة اثناء العروض قبل الاحتياج له ليكون جاهز

Feed. Aggiornato dopo 2 anni di utilizzo.La macchina si blocca costantemente perchè segnala "serbatoio dell'acqua sporca pieno" nonostante il serbatoio non sia pieno. Immagino ci sia sporco da qualche altra parte, ma non capisco dove..Oltre alla pulizia automatica ho utilizzato lo scovolino in dotazione. A volte ottengo un miglioramento ma non è mai un intervento risolutivo.Essendo arrivati a questa situazione, posso affermare che il sistema di pulizia automatico sia insufficiente.A causa di questi problemi la macchina viene utilizzata pochissimo e siamo tornati ai metodi tradizionali.Se inizialmente avevo dato 5 stelle, cambio il mio feed con 3. Non riduco ulteriormente perchè non è detto che in case senza giardino, quindi più pulite, funzioni male.La batteria ha una durata superiore rispetto a alcuni altri competitor.Ho utilizzato per anni, con soddisfazione, Philips Aquatrio ma è diventato difficile trovare i ricambi e ho dovuto cercare una macchina sostitutiva.Conoscevo già i punti forti e deboli delle lavapavimento e negli anni avevo provato altri marchi.Punti forti:- i tempi sono ridotti non solo rispetto al lavaggio manuale ma anche rispetto ad altre macchine che necessitano il passaggio di andata e ritorno sullo stesso punto.- La macchina arriva a pulire quasi a filo muro da entrambi i lati. Avevo valutato anche altri modelli che arrivano vicino al muro solo da un lato ma in effetti alcuni punti così resterebbero difficilmente raggiungibili, o sarebbe più lungo farlo.- L'assenza di cavo, seppur limitante per la durata della batteria, è comoda.- La macchina è piccola, leggera e abbastanza maneggevole. Personalmente non apprezzo il fatto che abbia una trazione perchè lo trovo stancante per la spalla.- La maneggevolezza e la leggerezza mi permettono di pulire anche le scale.- Finito il lavoro la macchina si pulisce da sola e dopo la ricarica è pronta per l'utilizzo successivo.La pulizia è semplice: è necessario svuotare il contenitore dell'acqua sporca, metterla sulla base di ricarica e farla partire. Non ho riscontrato problemi di puzza della spazzola, pertanto non faccio altre azioni a meno che la macchina lavi male. In questo caso è necessario smontare la spazzola e pulire sotto ma ci vuole 5 minuti. Ovviamente la pulizia deve essere avviata ogni volta subito dopo l'utilizzo.- La macchina è sempre pronta e può essere utilizzata da chiunque velocemente e senza grosso impegno.- SilenziosaPunti deboli:- ho una casa grande e la batteria non è sufficiente a garantire l'autonomia per pulirla tutta. Difficilmente lavo tutti i localo lo stesso giorno ma apprezzerei il poter cambiare velocemente la batteria o un modello con il cavo.- Forse devo abituarmi ma trovo la trazione stancante.- spesso La macchina segnala che il serbatoio dell’acqua sporca è pieno anche se non lo è. Probabilmente dipende dal fatto che la macchina necessita di pulizia approfondita. Purtroppo però bisogna fare diversi tentativi per farla ripartire.- gli angoli restano irraggiungibile per pochi cm.- Quando si interrompe il lavoro, bisogna far attenzione che la macchina sia bloccata affinchè resti in piedi e non cada.- La pulizia è decisamente meno accurata rispetto all'altro marchio e a volte qualcosa resta a terra. C’è una sola spazzola, oltretutto molto (troppo) morbida e inevitabilmente lava peggio.Dopo 6 mesi di utilizzo Sono soddisfatta. l’uso è più immediato della macchina precedente e la mia casa più pulita. Certo, lava peggio ma per lo sporco casalingo quotidiano va bene.Sconsigliata per l’uso pubblico. gestisco una struttura ricettiva e Tineco pulisce troppo poco energicamente per eliminare velocemente lo sporco.Vedremo come si comporterà nel lungo periodo, sono macchine che lavorano con lo sporco pertanto soggette ad usura. Vedremo. Al momento mi sento di consigliare questa macchina.

Odkurzacz jest świetny. Żałuję że tak późno go kupiłam. Odkurza i myje jednocześnie, nie zostawia smug i ma opcję samooczyszczenia dzięki której musimy tylko wylać brudną wodę i już jest wszytsko załatwione. Super produkt polecam.
