Best washing experience so far
I’ve been using this machine for a few weeks now, and I’m truly impressed with its performance. The wash quality is excellent, clothes come out fresh and clean without any damage to the fabric. The large drum makes it easy to wash heavy loads, including blankets and bedsheets, without any issues. The direct drive motor is super quiet – you hardly notice it running, which is a big plus for me. I also love the steam feature; it really helps in deep cleaning and removing odors. The controls are user-friendly, and the overall design looks premium in the home. Energy efficiency is another highlight – it uses less water and electricity compared to my old machine, yet delivers far better results. Overall, it’s a perfect balance of advanced features, durability, and style. Highly recommended!

Non reliable product and worse customer service
I am writing this after 2months. I bought the product on 22.09.2025 which was delivered on 25.09.2025 though it was showing same day delivery. Then installation service engineer came on 04.10.2025, that too after innumberable calls. On 12.11.2025 it started making noise for which on calling multiple times, finally call got attention of customer services on 03.12.2025, after which the service engineer visited on 04.12.2025 and said the drum has to be replaced, but till 12.12.2025 after multiple callings no anticupation from HAIER cystomer services. And finally the service engineer Mr. Junaid is saying he has been reassigned to some other duties and hence no clue whether anything will be done or not for the drum.

Dryer and washer 11kg/7kg haier has 20years on motor
A five star washer and dryer combo machine. There are two models in the market and both are great the max you can get both with exchange/card offers and 5 years extended warranty is 45-47K haier hwd110-dm14959cs8u1 (In stores) and efld110-dm14ieicbku1(online available)
