Review: Brilliant for working from home - When it arrived it was very easy to put together and came with its own screwdriver and little feet to put the wheels of your office chair on so you don’t move while you’re using it. Admittedly it is pretty heavy but that is a plus for me as it means the machine stays put while in use. The resistance levels are fine for me as I’m just using it casually while working from home to help manage my lymphoedema. It’s quiet enough that I can use it while I’m in meetings on the lower settings. Good price, does what is expected and feels solid/good quality. Wish I’d bought it ages ago!
Review: Brilliant for Home Workers - I work from home permanently, and find that I don't move as much as I used to when I worked in an office, so decided to treat myself to Cubii Jr during the Black Friday sale. The machine is absolutely brilliant. Of course, it doesn't have as much resistance as a full-sized elliptical, so don't expect a heart-pounding workout, but it will at least keep you moving a bit whilst sat for long periods of time. It's also very sturdily built, easy to assemble, and quiet, so I don't disturb anyone else whilst I'm peddling. If I had to list negatives, they'd be the weight (this thing is hefty) and the fact that the display doesn't have a backlight, so I can't really read it under my desk. All-in-all though, it's a brilliant little machine.

**Q: Does this have any resistance so your muscles canbe toned**
A: It does have different levels of restistance and is excellent for someone that wants to strengthen their thigh muscles up to a certain point. However, this is not a classic gym machine but more of a mobility exerciser, for example if you are rehabilitating after surgery, trying to keep knees flexible if you have arthritis or just generally want to move more if you have a sedentary job/lifestyle.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Low impact cardio and leg exerciser

I have a lung condition and my body has started to decondition slightly, so needed an exercise unit to help keep my legs moving and also help to rack up my step count. This is the ideal piece of equipment for me, it’s a very robust piece of kit and consequently not light to move around but very solid and stable in use. It has resistance settings from 1-8 with 1 being zero resistance and 8 not really offering too much resistance. The steps in between are very subtle, so great for people like me looking to increase measured resistance slowly over time. I don’t use the available app as my iWatch picks up my pedalling (as long as I put my watch arm on my leg) I only really monitor the resistance level / time cycled and the steps. I look to get my heart in the exercise range and after 30 minutes can definitely feel the muscles in my legs have been well worked. So exercise and cardio in one. Very happy with the purchase. I opted to buy a nearly new unit which was just box damage and worth the £30 saving. I was tempted by the competitors electric options to ensure minimal impact but glad I opted for this unit, as it does make me use my leg muscles rather than having my legs being moved around for me. Hope this review helps.
