Heard from the Co as I hadn't personalised original request, they e-mailed me to confirm what was required, lovely co to deal with. item came well packaged and with clear instructions. I would thoroughly recemmend them.

When placing order could not find how to enter message to be added, but when contacting company received a lovely reply. Arrived before expected date.Was just as advertised very easy to apply and looks amazing on the cake.
