Wow, they got here so fast. They didn’t notify me right away so they sat on the front porch for a little while I live in Georgia so I thought the heat might’ve gotten them but all five of them are alive and I only bought three and I got five which is really appreciated even though they’re all in good condition and doing well not sure what I’m gonna do if they clean the tank too good cause I only have a 3 gallon tank and five of them are pretty a lot, but I had plenty of green algae for him

The most important thing to know is that you need to be PATIENT. The instructions included say wait 48 hours—in my case, it was even more than that. But alas, they began moving and getting comfortable in their new environment! Don’t give up on them too quickly. Package arrived nice and tidy with instructions included. These boys were BIG, bigger than I expected, and great health. Happy with my purchase.

All snails were dead upon delivery. Opened the box as soon as fedex delivered them and the smell was soooooo bad. All snails were either not in their shells or hanging out. This was definitely not worth the money spent. Sad because the magentas were really pretty and big. Have ordered snails prior from different companies and never had this happen. Will not be ordering from swimming creatures again due to this.

The snails were about the size of a nickel and very colorful. They went right to work cleaning.

I bought 6 snails for my fishtank full of guppies. All 6 of them arrived alive! They weren't moving when I took them out of the mail package so I was worried at first. I put all 6 in the fish tank and they were moving around within the hour!! They're thriving and have done a number on the algae buildup on my tank walls. I'm so happy!!

All arrived alive. They immediately began eating, except for one, which took a day to come out of its shell. 5 were large, and 1 was small. Shells are slightly damaged, but no holes. A mix of snail colorations, no horned snails. The instructions said they would arrive in wet paper towels, however they arrived in a bag with nothing else provided.
