Simple, helpful, straight to the point
Pretty easy instillation. Very versatile, very solid, easy to practice uppercuts on. Amazing for when you dont have that much space in your room and you want to dedicate a section to practice, or you can just have one lying around your house for whenever you feel like working out. Overall great product, got to my house quick, easy to install, very sturdy. DO NOT ELBOW. THIS IS NOT A BAG MEANT TO BE ELBOWED. You could very realistically give yourself a concussion.
