But in the middle of the summer this can be tricky without either a $4000 cold plunge or a lot of ice. These bags help out on the latter. Simple bags that fill easily enough with a large mouth cap, I filled all 3 & they quickly froze overnight in my deep freeze. Once cold, we have a 110-gallon tub that we like to plunge in, and this took the temp down 20 degrees easily in 30m. When I'm done, they can dry off for a bit before going back into the deep freeze for next time. Only caveat is the fact they are big. If you don't have a deep freeze with lots of space, this may be an issue. And if you've got your freezer full of meat, these don't stack well around what little space you might have. But aside from that, this will help you get your cold shock proteins going! Review: Budget friendly! - Great work around for purchasing bags of ice for cold plunge! If you have the freezer space this is definitely a game changer. No waste, just put the bags back in the freezer following your plunge to refreeze. Recommend placing the bags in the water for at least 1hr prior to your plunge so the water can get cold. Lastly, used ice bricks (6-silicone molds) just prior to Entering the tub to get it as cold as possible ## Features - Easy Quick Freeze Ice Bath Bags: The ice bath bags are designed to allow you to quickly freeze large quantities of water in the same amount of time, instantly transforming your regular bathtub into a therapeutic cold plunge tub that will help you to recover from intense workouts, relieve muscle soreness and enhance mental control by reducing inflammation and boosting immunity. - Large Capacity Ice Bath Bags: You will receive 3*10L large capacity ice bath bags, which can make 30L of frozen ice cubes at one time without the need for multiple ice block molds, which makes the process of making ice blocks much more efficient and convenient, allowing you to save time and cumbersome freezing time, and quickly enjoy your ice bath time. - More Convenient: With ice bath bags, you simply freeze the bags in the freezer or refrigerator and then place them in the ice bath tub. In contrast, with ice block molds you need to wait for each ice cube mold to freeze, then take them out and place them in the ice bath tub, which is a much more tedious process. - Foldable & Easy to Carry: The ice bath bags is easy to fold and carry, the smooth thickened handles won't hurt your hands and you can lift it easily. You can also fold it on your backpack or pocket without worrying about taking up a lot of space or being difficult to clean like ice cube molds. Great for traveling or saving storage space. - Enduring and Reliable Material: The bathtub water bags are made of heavy-duty, premium grade material that can hold the required amount of ice without puncturing or cracking, allowing for enduring freezing effects.
