Works well and keeps the medicine cool even in a hot summer car

Purchased this for my father's medication of daily injections. Gave peace of mind when travelling this year on a 7hr flight. When removed from the flask after 13hrs temp still great. Good product for intended use, no problem at airport and true peace of mind meds we're safe

Brought this product as a travel case for to keep my medication cool. It works as described. So I am a happy customer.

I purchased this thermos for a future trip so cannot comment on the claims made about how long it will keep your insulin at a safe temperature. I suspect it will do the job well and it is certainly a lot more convenient than cooler bags and ice blocks

Keeps medicine cool for a whole day and a half even in heat (I haven't tried to push to 60h yet), compact and stylish design.

Have used the item once for a long flight. When I unscrewed the lid, the metal cover came away from the plastic below as it seems to be held together with one dab of glue.Contents were still cold, which was a relief, however it does make one question how long the item will last and if it will maintain the ability to keep the medication cold. At this price I would expect better build quality.Update- the supplied thermometer is now broken and leaked its contents all over my medication on the second time using!I would avoid this product if I was you.

Finally a product that works!! Kept my daughter’s insulin at 4C while we traveled to Portugal in heat for the promised 16h! I had almost identical product last year that failed miserably in a few hours temperature started to rise in the container. Very happy with this.
