Yes the kit fits a 2004 non diesel Liberty.

I jut bought this. It seems it is only for front. What are the parts for the rear?

Yes the kit is only the front lift. for front and rear is part number is KJ09116BK

do l have to compress the coil springs in the front to put the plate on?

Kit KJ09117BK does require complete disassembly of the strut assemblies to install the front spacers and strut plates.

Will it fit a 2005 liberty renegade 4wd?

It can be done, however it’s not for an amateur to install. Several suspension parts have to be removed before you can start your install. This will let you run a much larger tire, but it is not super flexible for real off road. Figure 4 to 5 hours if not longer, for install time. Make sure you get a four wheel alignment after.
