This tea should come with a warning haha. Normally, melatonin does not do anything for me. I ordered this tea and it came in the morning. I was curious on how it tasted so I brewed myself a cup at 10:00am. By 10:30am, I was struggling to keep myself awake. I did have a busy day but the entire day, I was fighting to keep my eyes open. When I finally returned home, I decided to take a nap. This tea had me out for three whole hours in the middle of the day. I also love how it tastes, there’s a perfect balance of chamomile, cinnamon, and vanilla. None of the notes overpower each other. I would definitely buy again and recommend this to those whom need a little assistance falling asleep at night.

This is my favorite blend of tea. If you like apple with a hint of citrus, then this tea is for you.

I've tried a number of teas to help with sleeping and this is by far my favorite tasting one and it seems to work well with helping me get to and stay asleep.
