Mighty cleaning machine!!
I LOVE this robot vacuum/mopping cleaner. Very quick and accurate mapping of all rooms. Easy to use app. Mapping is separated into rooms which you can activate to clean immediately, or set up โscenarioโsโ for automatic cleaning routines. Each clean can be personalised for mop, vac or both, the level of water for mop, the level of suction for vac and whether itโs a standard or deep clean. It manages the change of flooring by lifting mop pads and can get up onto carpet. It is a persistent robot and will try at different points/angles till it manages to move onto carpet. Its mopping function anctually mops well annd the vacuum suction is good enough to leave lines on the carpet! And as if this mighty vac and mopping machine wasnโt enough, it returns to the base to automatically empty its dust bag and dirty water!! Then cleans and dries the mop before refilling with clean water! And, although you donโt need to refill/empty the water every time, when you do it is super easy to lift out containers. It is at the higher end of cost, but the ease of use and great cleaning is worth every penny!

Flawed in almost every aspect
I moved from Roborock over to ecovacs thinking I was getting a superior product ( more expensive, more known brand ) but I was wrong. Itโs louder in every way, whilst cleaning, in the dock, the mop etc. to give you an example i had my Roborock in the living room and didnโt really notice it whilst watching tv. The ecovacs is so loud in the dock I had to move it out the room. Second bad thing is the app, just isnโt as good, needs an update and some bug improvements, map crashes sometimes, isnโt as easy to use. Third issue is the actual robot itโs self, Iโve got 6 rooms on the ground floor, Iโve had this for a week and itโs never successfully completed a full clean, always comes back with some sort of error which stops the cleaning process. This error always occurs whilst in the dock emptying or cleaning the mop, so pretty useless to me if I canโt do a full clean. And my last point is the cleaning itโs self, this boasts a few perks over Roborock its description, hot water, a stick out mop to cover leave no gaps and a more powerful suction. However in theory this wasnโt my experience, the mop would stick out but the mapping was off so wouldnโt even touch the wall edge or get close. The hot water made no difference what so ever. And the extra suction power made more noise and that was it. Hope this review helps at least 1 person

Immaculate floors.. finally!!
This Robot Vacuum Cleaner is an excellent addition to our home, significantly reducing the effort required for cleaning. Its high-powered vacuum and robust suction capabilities ensure that every speck of dirt and debris is effectively removed leaving the whole floor perfectly clean. The mop feature, which utilizes hot water, provides a thorough cleaning experience, and with the self-emptying functionality we dont need to keep on changing cleaning water or mop attachments which means less frequent maintenance for over a month. The intelligent LiDAR navigation system adeptly avoids collisions with furniture and reaches into corners and edges, resolving an issue I experienced with my previous vacuum cleaner. Additionally, the device features a separate compartment for storing water and dust, further simplifying upkeep. I really like the convenience of controlling the vacuum cleaner via Alexa allows for seamless operation with just my voice. I just wish that I could name each partition in the app so tbat alexa recognises the names and I can just call out the partition name to start the cleaning but this is software issue and I have not seen this feature in any other vacuum so cant can't complain much. Hopefully someone will find a way to resolve this. I was also surprised that this is even managing to remove pet hair from carpets effortlessly. I feel like it seemingly anticipates our needs, making it an invaluable asset for our busy households. In essence, this Robot Vacuum Cleaner serves as a reliable and efficient partner in maintaining immaculate floors, enabling us to relax while it performs its duties.

Game changing cleaning machine
DeeBot is a game changer vs manual hoovering and mopping . I have a mixture of hard floor and carpet. With young children and a black Labrador hound I felt like the hoover was out every 5 minutes. With a mixture of hoovering and moping this is about game changer. The floor genuinely fells clean. The only down side is the regular maintenance - error messages about emptying the mopping try when it was done 5 minutes ago and there is a slight bit of water on the sensors! Fine if you are at home to resolve but if done remotely (whilst you are at work) a bit of pain having to sort it when you get back! Good suction and coverage, having now had DeeBot for over a year, would definitely get another when it needs replacing. It was a bit pricey for what it is but otherwise a great addition to a family home.

2 days experience - Very great!
I have used the bot for 2 days. Map accuracy is great. There are a few bugs with the app, e.g., I wasn't able to divide the room, so I opted to use zones. Cleaning efficiency is okay, as I noticed most of the dirt and hairs were removed (a few remained that I noticed it was dragging when the bot was mopping). I can't say much about the battery as my rooms are small, so it could vacuum and mop all 2 rooms more than twice without dying (started using it at approx. 50%). For hairly carpets, I think you may need a bot with more suction power as for some reason, I noticed some small, light particles (just a few of them) remained after cleaning. I had some issues with cables, curtains, and small, light carpets, which you may need to remove or cover so it doesn't run over them. But, generally, my place looked clean, even with the carpets, so it is good value for money (especially when sold at discounted price).

High expectations - Low satisfaction
**Score would have been higher if EcoVacs responded and offered a solution to the problems I've had/am having on a regular basis with the T30 OMNI** Admittedly I looked for a very long time for 'the right robot vacuum'. It ticked all the boxes, self cleaning and drying mop pads, self empty dustbin. We carry out regular maintainable as per the instructions i.e., wipe it over regularly to keep the sensors free from build up or obstruction, washed and changed the mop pads. Replace dust bag (twice since purchase in February). All in all, it sometimes does what I initially expected, but mostly it has been disappointing for the price tag. I'm realistic and this was bought as a treat. Not as a replacement for full/deep cleaning, but to help keep on top of things. Has it been helpful and does it make me happy coming home and seeing the floors have been done, yes. Does this happen consistently, no. Cons: for the last month it regularly loses connection (NO it's not the internet!). When this happens, it also wipes all of my saved floor maps. Which may not seem like a big deal, but without a map created, I cannot change the cleaning settings. The other issue being, it doesn't recognise any breaks in the room, so I have to manually create the room boundaries once it has scanned everything. There are options to add furniture to the map, ive no idea why because it doesn't recognise or outline anything as furniture, it simply marks it as a wall. Which you cannot remove and replace with a 'sofa' for example. It doesn't understand doorways, despite scanning the correct door opening, it simply shows it as the same room but with a small opening from one part into the other. I was under the impression that I could scan rooms/a floor plan and potentially then add to it. For example, I keep the living room door to the hallway, closed. This is to prevent our very clever dog from letting himself out of the front door. I scanned the rooms downstairs, but with that door closed, I then opened the door and allowed the robot to scan the hallway. It almost had a meltdown spinning in circles, and rather than updating to account for the doorway, it proceeded to try and rescan the entire downstairs - very unsuccessfully, with rooms half missing etc. The floorplates came with attached 'hook and loop' on them, to hold the mop pads in place, half of one of them peeled off after about a week and was just dragging a folded mop pad around for a while, before I noticed wet patches everywhere. You cannot alter the map appropriately. You cannot direct the vacuum to a specific place, you have to create a zone. It's not intuitive, I've tested it by emptying some of the dust bag onto the floor to see if it will vacuum until clean - it doesn't. I've tried in both deep clean and AI smart clean modes. The main floor brush doesn't last as long as expected, at all. And they're very expensive to replace. True Edge technology should be renamed to, sometimes True Edge. Auto mop pad lifting on carpet, also sometimes. I've been through and optimised all of the settings to no avail. I'm enjoying collecting points that I can redeem on the EcoVacs app - oh wait - I can't redeem anything because there's never anything appropriate for the vacuum. I've reached out THREE TIMES to EcoVacs via their help and support function. I've had zero response! Honestly, i kind of wish I just went for a cheap one that sets off at a certain time and cleans everything in it's path, just to see how that got on first. Unfortunately, those don't come with the bells and whistles of self emptying/self cleaning. I'm thinking I should've tried out the other one that was on offer and was ยฃ50 cheaper than this one. I'm also fully aware of how ridiculous it is to complain about a robot vacuum, especially when it does a half decent job - when connected. Any type of customer support communication may well have had answers for these issues, they just failed to reply

One completely Haywire after a week.
I initially loved this vacuum. It was much better than the shark dirt detect never touch that it replaced. However, after about a week it went completely Haywire I decided it couldn't find the base and there had been a few times where it started up without me asking or setting anything in the app. And then it would go into rooms that I hadn't programmed it to during a clean. I kind of dismissed this as the app needing an update, but as it turns out it was a more fundamental problem with the robot. It's a shame because it's a really good system in terms of what you get functionality wise for the money. The only thing I didn't like about the robot before it went completely Haywire was the form factor. This is advertised as a 30% smaller perhaps it is in height, but it's definitely not in width. It's absolutely huge far bigger than the shark and although shorter than the robot I replaced it with a Dreame L10s gen two It's much wider and the ramp is also longer So it couldn't go in my hole. Where as the dreame Does fit. I need to know when ear is wide and the ramp isn't as long. I would say that calling it smaller than most machines is nothing more than marketing. It's actually huge. I definitely should have listened to the frequently retained warning. There's clearly a reason why. My journey for a robot vacuum continues.

Near perfect! Hairs untangling solution is unmatched!
First about the untangle solution on this robot as I had trouble finding some reviews specifically for it. We have a crazy amount of long hairs at home and this was almost completely fixed by this robot. On our previous robot from Eufy, there was a blade at the base cutting off hairs. As radical solution as that was it was actually less effective than here. Though there is a cost to this: despite its raw power, it does not suck as well as it would without that untangling system hence you need to do two pass and deep cleaning to get all the debris out of carpets. Finally to have it perfect, the navigation although very good struggle with small object avoidance and you will need to clear off small items before vacuuming or your robot will be stuck. Also, I would have preferred for it not to use disposable bags for dust. Furthermore, a cleaning solution tank would be great. Finally, the water being heated before sent to the robot internal tank so the robot would mop the floor with hot water would have been wonderful... this would seems possible since this robot clean its pads with hot water at the base so there is a water heater system already in place. Overall very happy with this robot especially when on discount! I cross my finger it will stay reliable though unlike a few robots I had in the past...
