Bought one new and ne from Amazon Warehouse
I needed two stools and one was available from Amazon Warehouse, so I purchased one new (from Amazon) and the other 'Like New'. Except for extra tape on the box, there was absolutely no difference and buying warehouse saved me $32! As for the stools, they are VERY nice. High quality and sturdy design. A few reviews have mentioned trouble with the plastic feet, but I plan to cover them to better protect my floor anyway, so I don't think that will be an issue for me.

Uneven legs
The stools are beautiful and sturdy, but arrived with a damaged bottom on one of the legs which causes the stool to rock. Specifically, the plastic plug that is supposed to protect the floor, was partly smashed into the bottom of the leg. I would love to replace the plastic protector and keep the stools, but couldn’t find a way to contact the seller. :(

Disappointing customer service
Good quality product but very disappointing customer service. We ordered 5 stool, over $500 and the plastic caps on the bottom of the legs were all bad. Contacted company directly and they refused to send replacements. It would have cost them less than $10.
