Major DSL. I mean, seriously. The way the lips are pursed and how tight they wrap around you, paired with the suction are big bonuses, unique to this specific brand/toy. I really wish they stated somewhere that this one isn’t made for the big boys. I’m 9” and very girthy… and this one has a very hard time fitting around and not in the good way.The only way I can describe it is that it feels like a size too small. I should have listened to the nay sayers. I tried to use this once. The mouth is very small and the tongue is hardly useful because it is so small. Its like a tiny tongue depresser flipping around with no real usefulness. This is no way realistic.

Works great and felt so realistic the size was slightly bigger than i thought what it was gonna be. Easy to use and to clean. Did have a weird smell when opening but goes away one you wash it. Over time the lips will lose its pink color but overall its still works amazingly.
