Great scooter for a reasonable price. I’ve been using it for about a week now, and it has plenty of power. I’m a big guy (330 lb), and it carries me fast even on a single motor. I switch to dual motors when going uphill. The battery is still a bit questionable. On the first day, with a full charge, I managed to ride 24 miles. The advertised range doesn’t fully match reality—I probably could have gone another 5 miles, but it was already in the red zone. I assume the manufacturer tests range with a lighter rider, and I’m definitely on the heavier side. Still, the battery was enough to complete my planned route. For example, yesterday I rode 7 miles on a full charge and was already down to one red bar, which suggests the battery might be dropping faster than expected. I’ll keep monitoring it, and if there are any issues, I’ll reach out. When unboxing, I noticed that a rubber pad for the footrest was missing. I contacted the manufacturer, and they immediately sent me the entire replacement part, which was great service. This is my first electric vehicle, so I don’t have much to compare it to. However, the scooter feels well-built, with a lot of metal parts, and it’s quite heavy. So far, I don’t see any real reasons to say it’s bad. For $1000, I think it’s an excellent option.

This is the second scooter I've ordered from this company. The first one lasted me around a year before the front motor gave me a code. (Completely my fault) instead of fixing it I bought another one. The same one. Second one shows up and only does 10 to 11 mph. I reach out to customer service through Amazon and the next day a message from the company with how to fix the issue. I followed his instructions and BAM now it's fixed. As someone that relys on these scooter for commuting to and from work I've bought 6 different scooters over 8 years and this one here tops them all! This is a very powerful and sturdy scooter. I mostly needed it for going up steep hills. It works perfectly for that. It is surprisingly fast, although from the other reviews I definitely knew that would be the case. As you probably know from reading about it, you can see that there are three levels of speed. I have only used the first two levels. The second level is plenty of speed for me. Getting up to about 30 mph is super fast for me. I can't imagine trying to go any faster than that. It is a great scooter. I highly recommend it 🙂

Within less than a month the scooter stopped working. Speed was reduced and it makes weird metal noise.

The GT8 is very approachable for a novice rider although it will blow the mind of an advanced rider with its acceleration, speed and braking capabilities. Im so impressed ONECNA... well done... very well done! Although I've only scratched the surface with the ways I'll be able to utilize this scooter I am already considering adding another one to my collection of gear. At one point I did reach out to ONECNA customer service and found them to be prompt, courteous, and precise while assisting me. I've had the GT8 Pro with me on location while working several times and it always draws attention from others that have gone on to purchase one of their own. Maybe I should start a club? Highly recommend this scooter!!

I had an issue with the headlights not working but the seller helped me through out the whole way and gave me some new ones for free! Customer service is great very helpful!! I weigh 240lbs and with a full charge this scooter does 50 mph. I was looking for something with top speed and range so I could travel to work and this thing is perfect. I'm shocked at how quick the acceleration is, front wheel spins because of the torque and I love it, make sure you get a helmet and pads stay safe! UPDATE: October 28, 2025 I’ve had a few issues like the screws for my headlight shook loose, the seller sent me new screws and also I had an issue with my scooter power cutting out but I ride this scooter every day. The seller has been there the entire way and responded promptly!!! The customer service is above and beyond!

I usually don’t leave any reviews but since this company has been on top of their game! I ordered the scooter it came in less than a week to arrive you could say only few days! Overall the product is very good for the money I did a lot of looking before buying and let me tell you that it’s hard to find a great deal this day but this is definitely one. As someone who built electric scooters himself This checks all my boxes! Great size battery for amazing power 2 3k watt motors. Very stable stearin and amazing suspension! However a review can’t be real without any criticism I would say the seat but because it’s so soft and comfortable I understand why it’s not so sturdy to absorb all the imperfections so your back is stays in good health! This scooter is 5 star for me personally!! I would highly recommend this product also because of their great customer service! As you could see in my video I had a hard time to switch from vale mode to full power I reached them through wats up and they sent me a video showing how I could change it expect a long term review from me as well!!! So far a blast!!!

I did a lot of research on scooters that were REASONABLY priced and found this Jem! I ordered it and was delivered in less than a week and the 4th of July was in full swing. It arrived and I will say it was the most neatly/securely packed thing I have ever ordered!! No joke. It took 10 minutes to unbox and assemble it. The battery was 3/4 changed and after reading the manual it was not complicated to switch settings. I had an issue with the speed limiter turning on when I was pressing buttons and I could not get it off. I emailed customer service and also sent a message in WhatsApp. I got a reply with in hours, which included a video. It took 15 seconds to switch and back to riding. Love this scooter! Put 35 miles on testing it in all the modes and still have 2 bars left on the battery! I don’t have anything negative to say!!
