I am insomniac and use prescribed melatonin. Tried these supplements rather than my prescribed ones to test. They advertise 10mg melatonin which is completely lie. Real melatonin even 5 gms will knock you out good and you'll sleep like a baby, you won't even notice when you felt asleep, just lay down and your just asleep. Thats the power of melatonin it is potent. This , its the opposite, makes me more anxious due to sleep deprivation, 10mg melatonin is a joke. This is a joke trust me. They advertise 10mg its not more than 2 mg, completely waste.
