Perfect, I'm 13 and I wanted to start volleyball and I was practicing and its perfect it kinda hurts but thats part of it. It feels soft and aquishy at the same time its great.I would 100% recommend!

the item started to deflate on it's own after second use, seller is not helpful, doubt that it's genuine molten after all
