Lonely Planet Pocket Dublin (Pocket Guide)

Although a "pocket guide" I presumed a Lonely Planet guidebook would feature at least some substantive information (e.g. history/background/information) about each of the featured topics and suggested sites. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. Three stars for being current - and the author's obvious love of the City - but those facts can't overcome the poorly populated index and lack of specific information.

It's funny that I'm being asked for a review while at the same time getting notices that it has been delayed and might be here next week. This line of books is good, so I imagine Dublin guide will be no exception.
