We recently installed the Tenveo PTZ Camera and Controller with 20X AI Auto-Tracking in our church, and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. As a small church, we only have one camera operator, so finding a system that could deliver professional-quality results without requiring a large media team was important. The 20X optical zoom provides crystal-clear video, even from the back of the sanctuary. Image quality is sharp and vibrant, and the multiple connection options (HDMI, USB 3.0, LAN/PoE, and NDI) make it incredibly versatile for live streaming, recording, and projection needs. The joystick controller is intuitive and easy to learn. Our operator was able to quickly create presets and smoothly transition between shots, giving our livestream a polished, professional appearance. The combination of AI tracking and manual control provides the best of both worlds. Installation was handled by a professional but it seemed straightforward, and the PoE capability helped simplify our setup by reducing cable clutter. Reliability has also been excellent—we've experienced consistent performance week after week. For churches, schools, conference rooms, or any organization looking for professional PTZ capabilities without needing multiple camera operators, the Tenveo PTZ Camera and Controller is an exceptional value. It has significantly improved our worship livestream and helped us present our services with a level of quality that rivals much larger organizations. Highly recommended!

We wanted to improve our streaming system at our Parish and we found this one online that compared to the ones that are brand known works really well for our needs. Very crispy and sharp image and very smooth joystick . Works great!! For a great price

Originally, I wrote a one-star review because one of the two cameras arrived with a factory defect (power port) and I was having trouble getting it replaced. After the review was posted, Tenveo immediately reached out and replaced the camera quite quickly. At this point, the system is installed in our church and has been operational for the past month. The feedback has all been very positive, everyone likes this much more than the previous system (which was 5 years old). My feedback at this point would be: The Overall System: - Components: 2 TEVO-VHD630A-NDI PTZ Cameras, 1 TEVO-KB200PRO Camera Joystick Controller, Windows PC, POE Switch - Setup: The cameras are on Autofocus, Auto color balance, and are connected only by a Cat6 LAN cable (POE). Each camera has 9 stored positions that cover all areas of our sanctuary. - Performance: The cameras maintain a clear, well-focused, perfectly color balanced picture. They transition smoothly and quickly from one stored position to the next. Between the two cameras, the color balance is identical, which I consider a plus. The PTZ Cameras - After the initial issue with one having a manufacturing defect, the replacement cameras worked as advertised. The cameras are isolated from the internet, and I have not been able to locate where Tenveo allows people to download firmware upgrades. - I have not figured out how to use the AI tracking feature of the cameras, it is not in any of the literature that came with the cameras The Joystick Controller - It could not find the cameras on the network, although the controller and the two cameras were connected to the same network switch - Manually entering the two cameras was pretty easy and once they were setup, the controller moves them around well - Although the controller will let you store more than 9 preset positions, I cannot figure out how to select anything having two digits when operating live - The joystick took a little time to get used to. Overall Satisfaction - From a hardware standpoint, this is an excellent system, outperforming its price point - From a software standpoint, this lacks documentation and therefore setup and operation took much longer than expected – basically I had to figure out how things worked by trial and error. It would be nice to have a manual that explained the settings on the cameras and how to program and operate the joystick controller - From a support standpoint, this lacks documentation and I still have not located the Tenveo “downloads” page for Firmware Upgrades and Manuals Overall, this system outperforms at its price point, although setup can be frustrating from the almost non-existent documentation and support. I would recommend this to anyone who is technically oriented.

I met with the team from the company that manufactures this camera at N.A.B. Las Vegas. Good folks... Here is the rundown. 1. White balance is spot on. Easy to set and match up with Sony Z280 and other cameras. blues and purples were easy matches and even greens.. 2. Shapness is great. This unit is so sharp you need to dial it down. 3. Skin tones and image quality matched broadcast cameras greatly. 4. PTZ settings are great. 192.168.100.206.... GUI in and control everything. no headaches.. 5. Quality is outstanding. 6. Noise reduction settings are beyond belief..trust me when I say this as a broadcast engineer. 7. CON. the image quality while panning is somewhat jerky..Zooming is fine. 7a. CON. no 23.98 setting or 24p 8. Quality in low light is outstanding. YES this kicks ass in low light. Great product for the price. I have used other brands and was not happy with the security camera look...This camera is broadcast quality. JQUADMEDIA Tallahassee. NO body paid me to say this or review.

I am extremely impressed by this camera and how well it works. The zoom is very impressive, the picture is clear and the focus is very good. We have it ran directly to a Peavy Pv 20 sound board for our live stream and the audio quality is very good! This system is user friendly and simple To install. There are several different ways to use this and the Compatibility is perfect. I recommend using this for Church live streams, podcasting or any other scheduled live streams. We are very impressed with this camera!

I have had these cameras for several months but I still have not figured out how to set them up. Instructions are hard to understand.

The video quality on this camera is insane, beats all of my other canon with any lense... The remote control has decent range, so im able to control from far. No need for great lightning, camera adjusts accordingly very well... The zoom feature is great not loosing quality or pixelating... My only complaint is the AI, you cant adjust the frame, and sometimes even while selecting a person if two or more people get in the way then the camera goes crazy and does not stay still on who to follow... ALso the green square on the subject tracking stays for too long active, so on a live stream does not look good Other than the AI features i think its a great camera, but will definitely go for the cheaper one without it next time. Overall happy with it

Molto soddisfatta, non essendo molto pratica con le impostazioni ho chiesto aiuto al servizio cliente tenveo, sono rimasta sbalordita sulla loro disposizione nel seguire il mio bisogno sempre disponibile e attenti , veramente consiglio loro prodotti e soprattutto se siete come me non pratici loro vi potranno aiutare senza dubbio.

Ok non è una "telecamera professionale" ma ha delle caratteristiche che sinceramente bastano e avanzano alla maggior parte degli utenti medi. Si presenta estremamente bene, ottimi i materiali, l'imballo e gli accessori inclusi nella confezione. Può essere poggiata su un tavolo o sospesa sul muro, non importa, questa è fatta apposta per poter seguire i soggetti e offrire una ripresa autonoma. Se la usaste come webcam avreste, mirrorless escluse, una delle più interessanti (e costose) webcam che vi consentirebbero di fare vere e proprie video conferenze, muovendovi per la stanza avendo la certezza di venir inseguiti dalla telecamera mentre parlate. Qualitativamente parliamo di riprese full HD con 60 fotogrammi al secondo. Ben oltre l'utilizzo che si farebbe per un uso da webcam, un po' meno se la si volesse utilizzare per scopi più creativi, in quel caso infatti non sarebbe stato male una risoluzione più grande considerato che monta un sensore Sony CMOS da 1/2.8" ( tecnicamente, meglio di ciò che è in dotazione ad uno smartphone di ultima generazione). La parte zoom io evito sempre di tenerla in considerazione sebbene qui fortunatamente hanno optato sia per uno zoom ottico da 12X, l'unico degno di nota e il classico 8x digitale che io sconsiglio vivamente perchè non è altro che un ingrandimento a posteriori che sgrana le immagini. Buona la gestione del rumore anche se, comprando una telecamera del genere, è quasi scontato che abbiate un efficiente impianto di illuminazione. A chi serve? Se siete gente che lavora da remoto e fate spesso riunioni online con il capo e colleghi questa è fenomenale, se tenete corsi o fate didattica online ancora meglio perchè vi potete muovere a piacimento sapendo che sarete sempre a fuoco, se fate video tutorial, siete youtuber o digital creators di vario genere potreste preferire questa alle classiche mirrorless proprio per la praticità di poter gestire la scena senza operatore. Assolutamente consigliata.
