I am happy with this tape for it's durability and adhesive. I have really bad knees and I injured one and it swelled up and was hard to get around. I watched a few videos to show the taping I needed to do. I first cleaned off the area with rubbing alcohol, then used some skin prep to help with keeping the tape on. Measured out the lengths of tape, rounded the corners on every end, which is important so it doesn't come off as easily. I taped up my knees according to the video, rubbed it to get it to adhere to my skin and I was impressed on how well it worked. The swelling went down, I was able to get off of the crutches. The tape stuck even in hot and humid conditions and even after showering, which the key to keeping it on after showering is to pat it dry, do not rub it. I will keep using the OK pro tape for my knees and other painful areas as they happen.

I got this after trying the rx sensitive tape and this one was a much better fit. I’m pregnant with triplets and I feel like it holds my belly up. The price is perfect. It’s sticky enough and it comes off fine with coconut oil. It usually lasts a few days.

I really liked this tape. I used it to lift my abdomen during pregnancy to relieve back pain and it really helped. It was waterproof and stayed on for a few days. My only complaint is I had a bit of a sensitivity to the tape in two small areas on my abdomen and they itched and burned a bit for a few days after removal of the tape. I won’t buy this one again, but I wouldn’t mind trying a hypoallergenic tape.

I buy lots of colors. Works well. No fraying. Sticks well. Can wear in the pool, running, gym, dancing so on. Make sure not to be sweatt or wet when you apply it though

Helps to support my joints when working out, I have multiple injuries and can never find braces or sleeves that stay on right. Highly recommend purchasing this and then looking up proper wrapping techniques for your specific injury.

Really liked that I could cut to length as needed. It stuck really good 👍🏻

I will keep using it so I gave it a 3 instead of a 0, but it doesn’t stay put. The ends roll. It’s worse if you wear it under leggings. I like the flexibility just wishes it lasted

This OK tape does the job, however I found another brand that was much more supportive.

Very comfortable, this band help me when I have pain on my leg or my soulder. I like it.

Sind für mich sehr gut geeignet. Habe eine Pflasterallergie und kann endlich wieder meine Knie tappen und es juckt nicht.
