These insoles have eliminated an ongoing cramp in the arch of one of my feet.This was an issue for months for me, and my chiropractor recommended shoesfor high arches. Instead, I just found arch support for high arches and they areMUCH cheaper...

This is a good product. I couldn't give it 5 out of 5 because they're a tiny bit long and won't fit in all of my shoes. I'm a true size 9 and they will fit in most but not all. The next size down would have been too small.
