Make sure you verify with airline
Verify with your airlines that you’re allowed to use it, we bought it for our grandson and it worked great, but the alaskan airlines would not let us use it

Did not fit American Airlines planes
Once my trip is over, I will be returning this item as it did not fit on either of the two flights my baby and I took.

Eh
Didn’t work great on United airlines chair but used it for an hour on a 6 hr flight

not quite good
The seatbelt doesn't make any sense. It only goes around his waist, and it doesn't actually hold him. There should be shoulder straps and one between the legs. Although this was helpful not to have to hold him on me the entire flight. I still had to keep two hands on him the entire flight, because i was basically just a thin sheet that attached to the tray.

Lap infant saver
Was very nervous that it would not fit on American Airlines tray, and it did very snug! Was amazing baby loved it! Very convenient and also helps you have free hands and also baby can stretch and lay comfortably

Not good for 4 month old
Poor make. It fit over the tray like it said, but baby who is 15 lbs and 24 inches long didn’t fit comfortably. Her legs had to go up on my belly. The middle material wasn’t long enough to reach from top of tray to my waist.

Clever but with some nusances
This is a clever product and it really helps keep the baby off of me during a long flight. In theory, you're basically leverage the seat in front of you to hold up your baby. But in reality, it pulls the seat back a bit on older airplanes and annoys the passenger in the front. It was fine for my flight but I can see how this may be annoying for others. You use the tray table to hold up the baby (obviously make sure to secure the lock of the table). Also make sure to take measurements to ensure that the baby is small enough to fit on this. Just keep these things in mind when purchasing. Everyone's different in how they use it so it's worth giving a try.

Portable
The greatest thing about this is that it’s very very portable. The fabric quality is not bad, it feels like some kinda of nylon/lycra stretchy yoga pants material. However… that being said… I feel like you should only have this as a backup options if those inflatable seat extenders (with high bumpers) don’t fit /work.Why? First off, this is just a thin piece of fabric that’s held in place by maybe 2 inches of tray and that tray switch. Not the strongest or most reliable seeming.Next, this is just a thin flat piece of fabric, if you have a 30lb baby I worry about how well this would hold him/her up. And speaking of holding… there’s only a dinky 3 point harness which has connection points so far apart that even when tightened, your kid could easily wiggle out of it. From a safety pov, this is quite sus. From a comfort pov, I guess it’s ok, nice feeling fabric, close to mommy or daddy. But you’re getting these for LONG flights so I’m assuming that safety is kind of important…I would absolutely not get this as your only option. But sure as a backup, it’s so compact that it might work in a pinch. Get an inflatable or a memory foam thing for your primary toddler bed. Not this.
